Used the app to make my claim. All very straight forward with clear questions and the facility to upload documents such as vet bills and medical history. I can't believe how helpful the lady I…
I can't believe how helpful the lady I talked to was. She guided me through everything which took a while as I wasn't that good with computers. She was amazing and very patient with me. We got there in the end , without her help and knowledge I wouldn't have been able to put my claim in. Thank you so very much.

My beautiful minature snautzer puppy…
My beautiful minature snautzer puppy came kennel club registered with 6 weeks free insurance , unfortunately during this time she became terminally ill and had to be put to sleep ,it was a very upsetting time and the kennel club insurance paid just over half the vets bill which helped enormously, I thought there would be a catch as it was free but they were very sympathetic and payment was prompt.
