Only covers select illnesses…
Only covers select illnesses as I have just found out trying to make a claim. Our cat had to have all his teeth removed due to an infection in the gums £1000's pounds later only to find out they don't cover anything dental. I even upgraded to the extra cover policy. Avoid

PerfectPet is refusing to pay several…
PerfectPet is refusing to pay several claims. I requested a few times a specific list what claims they refused to pay, what amount and Vet as they NEVER show details in the letters/ emails to what claim they refer. Since a condition has associated who they refuse to pay for (what I and 3 Vet's don't agree with) they refuse to pay EVERY treatment and just associate everything to the condition they don't want to pay for. I have never experienced an insurance who is making communication and claims so difficult and unprofessional.

No empathy.
Rang to let them know we wont be renewing our policy as my sweet dog passed away.. to be met with ZERO empathy or condolences but just a 'in the future if you have another to pet to use you'? Why on earth would we even consider you when you have no empathy??? Abysmal.
