I have been charged almost $600 for a Kayo subscription that we didn’t even have.I didn’t realize $25 was coming out of my account, sometimes twice a month. Their customer support is terrible as you’re pretty much dealing with a robot. There are no other ways to contact them except via email and “chat support” they refuse to refund me, I get no help and no explanations. Absolutely appalling company and I have reported them to ACCC.

Cant cancel this crap service- have tried at least 3 times, with confirmation its cancelled and still get charged monthly

How have others rectified this situation?

Had Kayo sports which isn't great as keeps stopping when streaming.
Tried to update my credit card and somehow ended up with a binge account. Spent ages on chat with obviously a robot saying I did not want binge. Thought it was resolved.
Next week my credit card is debited. Same story even got a human and answer is read terms and conditions NO REFUNDS
Most disgusting service had to tell the same story 3 time.
Cancelled both subscriptions unable to get a refund just a scam.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Had been watching Kayo with no problems on my web browser but wanted to watch it on my TV, so activated it. Only received service through my TV for a few hours before it stopped loading, and when I try to access my account to find out how I deactivate my TV, I get a message saying Access Denied. So not only can I not watch Kayo on TV or computer, I can't get to my account to cancel my subscription! Total crap!!! Avoid like the plague.

Scammers big time.. there taking money from my bank account illegally. After I cancelled my subscription due to poor service. Stay away from this shonky company.

Absolutely horrible constantly buffering just pay the money and get Foxtel 😡

I cancelled my account with Kayo and they confirmed this via email in mid April. Come the end of May and sure enough they are still taking payment. They were quick to apologise and cancel it but have now stopped replying when I enquire about refunding the extra payment. Avoid like the plague.

So I received this offer from Kayo a week or so ago, upon trying to redeem it and access a free month I was unable to watch any live footy after employing the code.

I thought this was a bit unfortunate as that's exactly what it says on the invitation to access free footy for a month and if I'm not one of the selected customers I'm not sure why they are sending me this offer.

Anyways long story short after a lot of back and forth from what I assume is an overseas customer support team due to the incompetent responses I received in my queries as to why I cannot access the free month of footy after activating the offer on my account. Eventually after bleeding, crawling over barbed wire in the trenches I was told this is not the kind of service we want you to have and we will be escalating it to the relevant team.

This was a week ago, so I sent another message asking for an update on Thursday and still no response.

I assume they are just half offering trying to get people to get in and want to watch footy then decide they might as well pay as they are there now. I'm not sure who that tactic would be effective on but it's disrespectful at best.

For a new company if this is how you treat your potential customers and utilize your support crew I assume it might be a short-lived company dream.

Terrible service

I believed I had cancelled my service but was still receiving charges. I sought to rectify this situation but received terrible customer service from Streamotion. Would recommend against using this expensive and inadequate streaming service.

It seems I am one of a crowd with Kayo Sports. Buffering lag, error stoppages, and just unwatchable live sports. I have checked my Mbps, reset definition to SD, and won't be spending another $250 for a NVIDIA SHIELD just to run Kayo. I give up.

After cancelling my account on 16Nov2021, I am still being charged monthly. The bots used for their "communication" change each time you respond. They confirmed my account had been cancelled on that date. They also confirmed I was still being charged monthly.... apparently to pay someone else's account!!! ( They even provide the other account name - shouldn't permission be required for that?)I am still waiting for any action to happen (05Apr2021). They have no human contact available - only their bots on chat or email. Rubbish customer service, I shall also be going to the Ombudsman and then to fair trading.

couldn't log in just after registering, blocked the account so i couldnt log in and they said they sent an email to fix it but no email sent. Cant stream from phone to my 2020 LG TV and the quality is just pathetic anyhow, cancelled my free trial within 30 minutes, Tried kayo a couple of years ago and similar things, something that should take 2 minutes takes half an hour. Do yourself a favor and boycott Kayo and Foxtel.

Poor performance constantly, slow loading, no app for smart tv still after speaking to them 2+ yrs ago and they told me they were in the process off getting the app up and running bloody pathetic and liars.

Forget about the quality of the programming or the download speed. Try getting some customer service. Streamotion has debited my card 3 times in one month and I am unsubscribed!! I cannot get any satisfaction from Customer "help" (that's a misnomer is ever there was). I've sent eight emails and every one has been answered by a different person. No one takes responsibility and no one can explain why my card keeps getting debited but I have no subscription. My last resort will be to cancel my card with all the inconvenience that is entailed with that. Dept of Fair Trading here I come.........
Kayo and Streamotion is only for the foolhardy.

Every single other streaming app works and works perfectly. OPTUS SPORTS, NBA LIVE APP, NETFLIX. This one isn't even close. And on top of that, no Xbox/PS or Smart Tv app.

The App and the Website are the laziest most pathetic programming of all time. Slapped together. A grade 9 programming student could seriously do better.

It's honestly pathetic. This is what happens when Fox is involved in anything. Fox Sports is so bad and it's a disgrace to have them as a company in Australia. They put ZERO effort into Kayo because they DO NOT GIVE A F*** whether you buy it or not. They know it's this or buy Foxtel and they would rather you buy foxtel.

Pathetic company and pathetic service, Save your money

Kayo is pretty much unwatchable when it comes to live sport, I get about 10 secs at a time before it has to stop to buffer. I have Optus sports (no problem) and NBA League pass (even better) for live streaming, so it's not my internet connection. It's so sad because it could be good but it's just a joke.

I joined Kayo solely to watch the State of Origin which they advertised for 11pm and I missed it on TV. At11pm when I turned on the replay they are interviewing players from the winning team and tell the score before showing the replay. Who wants to know scores before watching a game. I have instantly unsubscribed and was bitterly disappointed. Even made a complaint of which they did not care hence why I write reviews and warn others now. Do you want to subscribe to a channel giving results before the games/replays??? I don't, you may but all I can do is warn others.
