The study pattern and the videos were very educating and made more easier for me to understand it.

I was going to give them a good review but they kept pestering me to give them a review. So here it is.

This was, by far, the worst experience I have ever had using online real estate CE classes. On June 2nd, I attempted to join the class. It kept kicking me out and finally the instructor booted me out for good. I called customer service and the first one hung up on me. Called back and she said since the instructor kicked me out, she couldn't get me back in. They blamed it on me. Problem is, two weeks earlier i had taken my elective with them using the same device and everything was fine. The problem was clearly on their end and they had issues this morning as well. She said I could get a refund or try the next class on the 8th. I had to postpone my travel plans to make it happen. I even had the same troubles that morning gaining access. Here we go again. It finally kicked in and i finished the course. I will never use these jokers again and highly recommend that you stay as far away from this company as possible. They are playing with our livelihoods. If that had been the last course, I would have lost my license.

Well designed, easy to organize and follow, videos were very helpful.

The absolute best test preparation out there for insurance financials.

Great resources to pass test with no problem

On line class on May 21st. Checked in at 1:00 pm, everything was OK. At 1:30 pm, when the class started, had absolutely no audio. Refreshed 3 times, still no audio. Called Tech Support, and couldn’t solve my issue. Put me on hold for about 10 minutes, then phone was cut off.

When I went to sign up I got an error saying enrolment details were missing but none were.

Then I tried calling but was told by an automatic voice they're not taking calls today during opening hours due to "training".

So then I go to submit a ticket online and get an error so I email them instead.

That was just signing up for a course. The issues with their site have persisted and delayed my progress massively.

They say a quiz isn't finished but all the ones on my end are complete. I explained to them there are no more quizzes or modules I can see.

I need to do a role play to complete the course and had to keep repeating myself when I'm available.

It even went as far as me screenshotting the email I sent to them stating multiple days and times I'm available then sending that screenshot and emailing them it.

They wanted three dates and times, I gave them six within their opening hours, and they just kept asking for dates and times I'm available.

Pages keep just appearing blank white with nothing on them. I have no ad blocker, no pop ups disabled, nothing that would prevent the site from working.

I've never had this much headache navigating a website before.

I've now had to explain them sending me screenshots of quizzes doesn't let me interact with them and it would be better if they send the questions via a word document so they may be complete.

That no users cannot interact with a JPG and sending one doesn't help. The screenshot isn't embed in the email properly half the time so I can't even view them either.

I sent requests for the site issues about a month ago. The site said my request was sent but I didn't even get a confirmation email.

Now I'm being asked to give information that I've already given in those tickets and via email again. There's a certain point I can't help but feel I won't be getting anywhere repeating myself.

I had so little time available but made multiple evenings completely free to complete my course only for Kaplan to not do their part and they still want to give me a deadline. They don't respond to me providing multiple dates and times for it and then feel it's okay to keep a deadline in place.

The only reason my tier 2 isn't complete is because of their actions. It would have been complete weeks ago, and all I asked was to schedule the role play part of the course and for the PDFs that were required, but they have caused it to take ages.

That's it. I just asked for a couple PDFs and for them to acknowledge the days and times they asked for.

I even had to keep repeating I was raising a complaint. I had to point to their own policy about what's considered a complaint because they wouldn't consider it one.

I chose another vendor for my SIE and 63 with many complaints and didn’t feel adequately prepared. I chose Kaplan for my series 6 and 65 exams. Night and day difference. I was well prepared and walked into both tests with confidence. Highly recommend Kaplan

Loved the Most Commonly Tested Topics summaries, helped me to hone in on the most crucial elements of the tested materials. Plus, the ability to customize the practice test questions and the analysis of your previous quizzes and tests allows you the opportunity to prioritize your time on your top areas of concern while sprinkling time for other stronger areas as you deem fit. Kaplan's test prep provides the GREATEST amount of flexibility for the most various learning modalities out there. Can't recommend it any more highly.

I had some questions on WI State exam that were not in your Kaplan study manuals and I had to guess the answers.

The program and tests were easy to follow and included all the information needed to pass the exam. Why I went with Kaplan, is the quiz reviews showed you which questions you missed and provided the correct answer. I had paid for another CE course and it was frustrating program did not provide feedback on missed questions. I will use Kaplan again.

The material was organized and covered every part. of the exam . Practice questions almost identical to exam questions.
