Poor instruction ahead of time
Due to computer issues, I was 13 minutes late to a 4 hour class I signed up for. I logged into the class and it hadn't started the lesson yet. The teacher was still just going over the weather and then moved into what would be reviewed during the class
I was removed from the class after a minute. When I asked why, I was told it was because they had an unwritten policy that if you were 10 minutes late, you wouldn't get credit
It threw off my entire day as I had planned work around the class, and then I just had to pay to do another class.

Took and passed the SIE, Series 7 & Series 66 exams on the first attempt. The tests are long and cover an extensive amount of material for which the Kaplan coursework covered. I am very satisfied.

There were several topics tested that…
There were several topics tested that were either not discussed or were only briefly mentioned without sufficient explanation. Additionally, a significant amount of time during the webinar was spent on topics that we were told would likely not appear on the exam, while concepts that were heavily tested received little attention.
