We used Kaltz in 3 directories after they contacted us. We received no enquiries from our adverts in their directories, which tbh is what I expected. Where it went wrong is in the quality of the data they promise to provide, for the Schools Procurement & Tertiary Education directories the data was very poor, not as promised. For the NSH Trust directory the data was better, and thats what saved Kalts from a 1 star review.
I cannot in good faith recommend this service at all.

I’ve found the NHS Directory provided by Kaltz Ltd to be incredibly useful in my work as a surgeon, particularly when undertaking research projects. Having access to accurate, up-to-date contact details for NHS organisations and professionals makes communication so much easier and more efficient. Reliable and would highly recommend

I wish I had read these reviews before dealing with Kaltz. They deliberately mislead you, allowing you to believe that you will receive high quality data for your money. You will receive about half the data you are promised on a spreadsheet full of spelling mistakes, and then they wont provide you with a refund afterwards.

Your whole business model is based on lying to people and fake promises.

My organisation received an unsolicited sales call, in spite of being registered with the TPS. I was out of office, this was explained to Kaltz. Over 3.5 hours (10:12; 13:17 and 14:47) a colleague received 3 high pressure sales calls, in the first my personal mobile number was requested so that they may text or leave a voice message), my colleague refused but on each occasion my colleague suggested that an email be sent. Kaltz refused until they had spoken to the MD. My colleague felt extreme pressure and was distressed.
On return from my meeting I took the call and made it clear to the Kaltz representative that I was troubled by the hard sell. I made it clear that we had offered the opportunity to forward an email, they had refused. I made it further clear that moving forward I would neither accept a call or email. We are registered with the TPS and why would I wish to work with an organisation that is so inflexible they are unable to send an email and seem ignorant to the TPS.
Having read the reviews it is clear that our values are neither shared nor aligned. Should I receive further correspondence or calls, a complaint will be registered with the TPS.
I would avoid.

Great product… The databases provided are amazing for accessing information and communicating with our clients and potential clients.

Dealing with Kaltz for the 1st time has been an extremely easy process from start to finish. We decided to try and advertise our workwear services in their NHS directory, and was always kept in the loop each step of the way, both Amanda and Stacy have been great, would highly recommend Kaltz.

Kaltz designed a brilliant advert for us and helped us get more public sector work.

Absolutely shocking experience, my company never signed any agreement and even cancelled moving forward via email many times and then to recieve a CCJ out of the blue. Disgusting business and behavior. Do not use this company!

Just asking as I thought we should trust reviews on Trustpilot, but turns out I was completely wrong.

Not sure who these people get 5-star reviews.

i was contacted by the Sales team from Kaltz who advised that they could assist us with data and placement of details in the Tertiary catalogue.
The data provided was 8000 below the 12000 contacts the Sales team wrote and advised with 22% errors and 10% duplicates.
I've e-mailed and phoned on numerous occassions but they just ignore the calls and don't reply.
As an update once I placed this review I received a call and was provided with a further 6 data sets, of which 28% was duplicated, 14% was rejected by an e-mail verification system. Not quite what they promised as the data is now 6500 records not 12,000

My experience with Kaltz Ltd has been nothing short of a nightmare. They misled us with promises of lucrative government, NHS contracts as well as inclusion into their dynamic market place. We had to sign a contract on this basis and to find out they are offering advertising in a worthless coffee table magazine with no job opportunities or contact details. When I refused to pay for this scam, they took legal action and falsely obtained a CCJ by default. As a small local company we are struggling as it is and thought Kaltz were a dream come true with the contractual work they promised us.

Despite having no legitimate claim, they used the signed contract to drag us into court, knowing full well that their so-called service was a sham. Their actions have severely damaged my business, making it difficult to secure financing and new contracts. Needless to say we do not have the resources or finances to fight a court case.

Kaltz's deceitful practices have caused significant harm, and I intend to pursue compensation for the damage they've done. I strongly urge anyone to avoid this company at all costs. Their dishonest tactics and legal manipulation are disgraceful, and they should not be trusted under any circumstances.

Stay far away from Kaltz they will ruin your business with their underhanded methods.
