We purchased a hand-dryer for our restaurant. It arrived quickly and was easy to fit. After six months we had an issue with it. The after-sales service was second to none. With a 5-year warranty on the dryer, they identified the problem and dispatched the spare part to us within 24hours by courier. They also offered to arrange a collection if the spare part did not fix the issue or if we preferred them to install it. All in all a really positive experience, especially when proper after-sales service rarely exists nowadays. We are very grateful and would highly recommend Handydryers. Thanks.
