Helpful people, easy collection and return, nice motorhome.

Collection drop off process was easy and straight forward.
We needed transfers from railway station both on pick up and drop off. But the courtesy bus was not available both times. We had to organise a third party for our railway station transfer. This was stressful and put a black mark on our overall experience with Just Go. Our motorhome was well equipped and maintained and suited our holiday perfectly. Online guides were very helpfull. I found navigation through web site links to access the guides tedious, a hard copy in the motorhome would have been very helpfull.

I would've given you 5 stars but, for some reason, the speedometer in the was in Km/h. This was a big surprise. We were not informed of this and no information was given to convert Km/h to mph. Thankfully I know most of the speed limits in Km/h but I could have so easily racked up unintentional speeding fines. I think it was even a surprise to the person who inspected the van on our return. Apart from that, I couldn't fault Just Go. They were great.

We were generally happy with the van, however when we lost the lights and I called the support line they didn’t know where the 12 volt leisure battery fuses were. Similarly they couldn’t tell me how to open the bonnet or where the light under the bed switched on. Also I strongly suggest your technical people start considering a way to delete the current LPG filling method and adopt swap and go cyclinders as we do in Australia. Every caravan and motorhome in Australia carries two gas cyclinders, when one is empty you swap to the other and when you see a service station or hardware store you swap the empty one for a full one. I say this because it was almost impossible to find an auto gas filling station in the UK or Ireland and that’s only getting worse, so customer frustration will increase about this issue. Happy to discuss these issues further.

Voyager motor home we hired was brilliant. Top of the range spec and very modern inside. Really good driving aides and performance of the motor home itself and very easy to drive . We really loved the week rental and would recommend to anyone who have not done before and driving a larger vehicle is really not at all all daunting as you may think. Everything we needed there and ready for us and a really great handover from Carmel at Just Go Toddington site . Only small criticism of voyager van is movement around fixed bed is very tight . Other than that brilliant

Wow! This is some outfit! I had a good deal of body work on our Chausson motorhome done here, and the work was outstanding. They went above and beyond to accommodate us, and when we went to collect our beloved van, she looked terrific. I dealt with Andrew, a charming person; he is one of the senior service advisors and conducted the whole thing in a very professional and caring manner. He is a great communicator, and I appreciated that he took pride in the work they had done. He clearly enjoys his job. It's 5stars from us.

Everything was perfect.sorry to saywe caused slight damage, lucky we had the value pack. Just go. Were relaxed and fair but they said the insurance doesnt cover damage above 6 feet. This was new to us. We hope the damage is minimal and we will be exempted...:)

Picked the motorhome on a Saturday was supposed to be ready for 2 pm was not ready till 3.30pm.Was given a quick look round as it was the girls last day and she wanted to get off.Parked up the first and noticed all the seats were stained and checked the engine oil and it was on minimum so had to buy oil.On the 3rd day the sink tap in the bathroom fell off as we was driving.The quilts that we paid for was stained.Really think you need to pay a little bit more attention to detail. Was a shame really as the motorhome was really nice to drive.

Easy process, vehicle in good condition, people all very nice and helpful

It was our first time renting a motorhome for a trip to France — and we absolutely loved it! We travelled with our dog, and everything went perfectly. The vehicle was in great condition, everything was transparent and clearly explained, and the communication with Just Go was excellent throughout. Overall, a fantastic experience. Thank you

The motor home had everything we needed, was clean and was very comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the hot water system was efficient. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. My only area for improvement would be more flexibility with drop off and pick up times at weekends. Also it did seem a bit steep to charge us £10 per day to leave our car at the depot.

An inventory of the crockery and cutlery would have been useful. We noticed no bowls were provided, but didn't notice that were no mugs or glasses so we had to buy these.

The socket above the sink was loose and we couldn't plug anything into this as it kept falling off the wall.

The lights in the bathroom area didn't work. This wasn't an issue, but these should have been checked before departure.

We were asked to bring passports with us despite uploading copies before hand. When we questionned as to why these we required we were told they were needed at pick up. However no documentation was required. Therefore the passports were left in a relatively unsecure vehicle for no need, when they could have been left safely at home.

If we were to use a motorhome again our experiance has not put us off and we would consider Just Go

Everything was fine. Very straight forward. Everything worked fine and staff were very good on pickup and drop off. Overall very good value.

Booking, collection and drop off were excellent. So too was the quality of the vehicle, although there a couple of items of kitchenware (grill pan) missing

Motor was nice but only a very short intro to where lights/bedmotor etc. The return window is very early and short meant another early start after the trip. The compound entry/exit signs could be better, especially the exit. I felt the £10 a day to park my car in the empty motorhome slot was a bit cheeky. The insurance excess is significant, i declined it and had no problems at all. Beware the dashboard QR help code won't work when your off grid! The YT vid should be made into sections for each motor type.

Other than that it was a good trip and everything was as expected for me.

Good solid reliable vehicle in excellent condition. Friendly and helpful staff at Toddington facility. No significant unexpected surprises.

However, some things you might consider (especially for longer rentals - ours was almost 3 weeks):

1. The capital cost of a motorhome is significant. In that context it seems petty (cheap in not a good way) to not include basic equipment such as leveling ramps, outdoor camp chairs, basic supplies, etc.

2. No TV was installed in our unit??? Seems like a mistake.

3. Replace the oven with a microwave.

4. Add a small toaster to your equipment.

5. And simple ice trays for the freezer. Americans love ice, even in cold weather.

6. Better packing and storage materials for crockery and equipment within the vehicle. Simple plastic holders or tubs for plates, cups, glasses, etc. are an easy fix.

And as a final thought - instruct your customers (especially Americans who might be unfamiliar with this equipment) to empty the toilet cassette at every opportunity and never less than at least daily.

All of that said, we had a wonderful experience with our rental. Thank you.
