Ordered pram on the Sunday and arrived on the Tuesday. Received a text to say it was on the way with a hours time slot.

Item I ordered turned out to be out of stock.. after I enquired they very quickly informed me of this and offered an alternative.

It does exactly what it tells.

Was told pushchair would be dispatched between 1 and 5 days. it was11 days before it arrived. No contact to explain why or apologise. and when I sent an email explaining I wasn't too happy I never had a responce

I recently purchased 2 redkite high chairs for my twins at £20 each, such a bargain as normal retail price is £34.99. They arrived on under 48 hours with normal delivery. I recieved very accurate texts of what time and day delivery would be. The delivery man was also very polite and assisted me with getting them into the house.
Very impressed.

Bought a buggy from them. Their web page indicated that delivery would take between 1 - 3 days. They took money straight off credit card, but the buggy turned up after 2 weeks! Every time I phoned up no apology, no reason, just given fake delivery dates!

After reading the previous review I was apprehensive about ordering but I couldn't resist as the stroller I want costs £40 less than everywhere else! I am very pleased I did order and the stroller arrived 2 working days later!

I used this company as it quotes 3-5 working days , I am still waiting for my order and yet I ordered on the 30th August ! , I only got apology when I emailed asking what is happening , with this service . I will not be using them again or recommending

I ordered a pushchair for my little boy from them which said it would take 1 - 3 working days to get to us. After a week I start to wonder were it was, so I went on to see if I could track my order & came across lots & lots of bad reviews which panicked me. I started thinking I was never going to receive my order. I rang the next day & although the gentlemen that answered the phone was to the point and didn't give me much confidence, he said it would be with me in the next couple of days. To my surprise two days later I got a text saying an item was being delivered the following day & once again the following day I got a text with an hour time line for the item to be delivered. If I had not read the reviews & had not had to ring them to find out what was going on the service would have been just as good as kiddicare or any other online company. Just a shame I did have to ring & there are so many bad reviews out there. But honestly don't panick like I did, wait & make your own opinion. I was pleasantly surprised with the overall service.

Placed an order and was told would be delivered in 5 days, after 10 days I sent an e-mail to customer service to chase as not received and was informed they would e-mail me back within 24 hours after confirming situation with warehouse. 3 days later nothing so I e-mailed again no response. I finally rang the store to be greeted (if that's what you can call it) by a member of staff who had no real customer service skills at all, quiet rude with an attitude that I owed them something. Turned out one of the 2 items I had order was out of stock and they were having issues getting a further supply. I asked why this had not been communicated and was told I had been told they had stock issues (during this call I had). After several minutes of debating I asked for the item to be refunded that day and the other item that was in stock to be sent. This was agreed and I was told that item would be delivered next day and refund arranged that day. Item arrived next day, but a week later I still had not received refund of £60. I sent a further e-mail and apology was sent stating over site and refund had now been completed, which it was as received an e-mail from pay pal to confirm.

Bought a childrens car seat and this company were the cheapest on the web and instore. My son loves his car seat! Ordered on the Friday and got it on the Wednesday with no charge for postage! Fantastic service, would definately use again and recommend this company!

I found the website easy to buy and when I got to the checkout I was given a promo code to save even more money!! Oh and the cot I brought is perfect and looks wonderful in the nursery just got to wait for the little one now!

Bought a BabyStyle Oyster travel system, we couldn't find it (or the accessories) cheaper anywhere. Placed the order on a Wednesday evening and it arrived that Friday morning. All items came as specified.

I am first time grandmother and my daughter searched all over the place for a good quality, good value travel system and found the Graco Evo. Just4Baby had the very best price. The delivery was straightforward and the boxes arrived on time. The carrycot, buggy and car seat were all just as we had ordered. Fab.

I ordered a cotbed for my son as he is now growing out of his Moses basket. I phoned a week later as I hadn't received it too be told it stated on the website that it was for October delivery. I had clearly missed this but straight away the man told me they would send another out at the same price. Two days later it was here.

After reading some reviews was a bit unsure at first but after looking at all other sites for my pram cosatto yo bizzy Betty it was the cheapest on line I ordered it at 11am and my pram came the next day at 10.00 less than 24 hours after I ordered it I was very pleased with my item looks lovely I would highly recommend this site and will use it again in the future

After searching for weeks for the cuddle monster pushchair, everywhere was out of stick until October, 2 months wait!! I used red laser to find just 4 baby and found it £30 cheaper!! And also in stock!! Then to top it all off it was delivered in 2 days, fantastic!!
