I ordered tops n bottoms so they toom 200+ bucks out of my bank account and never game me an ordernumber. crying cus customer service is NOT replying

Horrible return process for this type of/ expensive brand!!!you can’t call them or chat with them directly, their return page doesn’t work and this and if I even will be able to place it, I have to pay postage for £110 trousers!!

Where do I begin? Had JC velour track suit years ago & it was amazing! Paid big bucks to reorder bling suit in hot pink. First off, did not have my size in either top or bottom. I compromised, willing to pay for alterations. Track suit came & first thing I noticed was pants had no draw string - not even an opening or channel for drawstring. They were too big (med & I needed small) but I had already resigned myself to having them altered. I had to have the crotch shortened by 2"
& the waist taken in by 2" (unnecessary had it come with the drawstring as it should have) just to wear them, so by now they are quite an investment. I wore them from 11 a.m. to 7:34 p.m. (current time) for the first time ever. Sat on tge couch to watch a show for 45 minutes & when I stood up, 4 stones from the pants had fallen off! Wth? I haven't even washed them yet! So disappointed! Feeling very ripped off! Juicy must be coming from China now!

Bought some sliders in my size and they were too small. I'm a size 5 in literally every other shoe. The slightest speck of dirt marks the rubber part and it's impossible to get off.

Everything. I am a long time lover of JC clothing and own many pieces. Their current way of mail order/returns is now a scam. They sent me 2 items one clearly new and one clearly worn and tried on trying to pass it off as new with tie untied and other details and different resealed packaging. Now they are giving a hassle to return even tho I am in the time window for return, they are coming up with reasons to not accept with free return. Clearly a phony attempt to cover for their initial bad act. I would have been happy to have the item as new and not need to return.

Ordered a tracksuit in XS. Had purchased one a few months earlier and it fitted great. Expected the same with this one. It arrived and was much smaller so had to send back. It cost me £12.75 to send back at my expense. I won’t be ordering anything ever again .

I have been buying juicy for a while now for my wife and always thought it was great quality but it’s not it’s dam awful. Why because it’s 95% polyester. Go look that up and how bad it can be for you and also go look up frequencies of the body and frequency of things. polyester is 0 because it’s crap and cheap so not only is it plastic your wearing but your being ripped off for it with there prices.
Very clever juicy but I won’t be playing any more. Honestly some people may read this and think I’m nuts but go look this stuff up it’s very real. DO NOT ORDER!! Waited for ages and no reply to multiple emails complete scam

Spent it spent $390 on the tracksuit. It’s absolute garbage feels like costume material. The jewels on it are glued on. They’re not even cinched on the band on the waist of the pants twisted on the first time she put them on and I cannot straighten them out. Do not buy this costume.

I purchased the 3 pack of juicy couture seamless shapin bogleg underwear for $19.99 in my usual size large from TK Maxx. These underwear are not true to the sizing. These underwear are a small. NOT LARGE. They would fit a 12/13 year old girl. What a rip off as underwear cannot be returned. I will never purchase any thing from this company again. I will also inform TK Maxx about this visit to their store & the sizing not being true to size in Australia of these underwear & being ripped off.

After receiving the wrong colour item and two items that were too big I found there were no free returns. The company advised returns should be insured and I was charged £12.50 at the Post Office. Shame on you! You’re a large company and surely you can arrange returns like others do when an outlet isn’t on everyone’s doorstep! I will not be ordering again and went to JD Sports instead who have a much better returns policy!

Wow! Where to start? We picked up our camper on Wednesday late afternoon 27th September from the Adelaide depot. I was excited. This was my first holiday in 4yrs. We were about to embark on a road trip to visit all the painted silos around SA and to head on to Coober Pedy- something I have wanted to do in a really long time. I have an anxiety disorder and I had been under enormous stress with work and a recent breakup from an abusive toxic relationship, and I needed this break. I noticed as soon as I got in the vehicle it wasn’t running right. But first things first. The side mirrors didn’t work, the charging ports for our phones didn’t work, the radio didn’t work and the fridge froze our drinks when it wasn’t even set to freeze. The vehicle was clearly some years old, the interior was in disrepair and it had an astronomical amount of km’s on the clock. Anyway back to the not running right part - the whole vehicle shuddered when it hit 90/hr and the idle was rough. The next morning the engine light came on. At this point we stopped the vehicle at the next town - checked the oil etc. We rang the company to let them know that this was happening. Yes the number we had to ring was to the headquarters in NZ. They informed us they would ring us back shortly. An hour later they finally returned our call. At this point the engine light had gone back off and they advised that it could be a sensor and should we have any further troubles the only port of call that we could get help was Port Augusta. That day the engine light went on and off a few times. Starting our third day the engine light stayed on. So we rang headquarters once again and informed them we needed the vehicle checked as our next trek was to Coober Pedy. And if anyone knows, it is pretty isolated out that way with very sporadic phone service. They returned our phone call an hour and half later (lucky we weren’t actually stuck on the side of the road out in the middle of nowhere). We were driving from Tumby Bay this day and they advised us to call into a mechanic in Port Augusta, which they arranged. On arrival at the mechanics he informed us that the vehicle was not driveable as there were numerous defects lighting up on the diagnostics. We once again called headquarters - firstly they offered to send up a replacement vehicle from Adelaide. We told them that is not an option because they couldn’t guarantee when they would get it to us. We had accommodation booked in Coober Pedy the next day for 2 nights. We did actually want to arrive in Coober Pedy on the Friday but the vehicle was clearly not reliable enough for us to achieve that. They then told us they could refund our money and leave us to our own devices. Oh and the refund would take 8 days to come through. If anyone knows Port Augusta, it is not the most ideal location to be stuck in. The powers of be of JUCY (I will name them - Renee and Ryan) wanted to leave us dumped at a mechanic shop with no transportation or anything on a Friday afternoon before a public holiday in Port Augusta. By this stage I was ropeable, had lost patience and on top of it all, I had come down with a virus and was quite ill. For 3hrs my friend made numerous phone calls (she had more patience than me). One phone call being to the Adelaide depot where the manager Justin was heard saying in the background “it’s not our problem”). My friend ended up speaking to a lovely man, Jake (every time we rang it was someone different). Jake went into bat for us and being an Australian he had experienced Port Augusta and knew of Coober Pedy so he understood our safety was at risk. He was fantastic. He arranged a car hire, accommodation for that night, accommodation on our return to Port Augusta on the Monday night and then booked a bus on the Tuesday for us to return to Adelaide to pick up another vehicle to finish our tour of the painted silos. We wasted a lot of time with Jucy. We missed out on those extra days in Coober Pedy and on our silo art tour. Not to mention that my anxiety and stress levels were though the roof. On top of all that we phoned ahead to the Adelaide depot whilst we were on the bus to ensure that a vehicle would be ready for our arrival (because my trust in the company was pretty low I can tell you). They informed us that they knew nothing about it. I must admit I lost my patience at that point and had a few not so favourable words to say to them. The communication and lack of empathy in that company is disgraceful. Would I ever rent a vehicle from Jucy again? Not on your life!

I’m actually thinking this juicy couture website is a scam!

I ordered on 11/06/23 and paid for delivery within 3-5 days it’s now 25/6/23 still nothing and not even a reply from the 5 emails that I have sent. Do not order from here!
Silly me thinking as it’s a ok brand that it would be fine to order from their website errm…I got that wrong didn’t I.
I will be getting a refund as I have raised issue with my dedicated payment service but it’s not even the point my daughter was expecting this order.

Absolute farce company & website they will prob blame cost of living or covid on this aswel. 2nd rate brand in my book now.

How many times do I have a bad experience and then go to Trustpilot and see that I am not the only one! Bought a "recycled" hoodie for £110. After 7 months its lost its shape and the zipper is broke. Its unwearable. They wont take any responsibility. I have been buying the non-recyled ones in the past and they are great quality. I wanted to be environmentally responsible so paid more for a recycled one, didnt expect to get something of such poor quality. And surprised that the customer service is basically non-existent, I had imagined that when i contacted them they would have cared about the quality of goods that they sell, and at least offered me a discount on a replacement.

Never thought ordering from a genuine site would be such a hassle i emailed to exchange 1 of the pairs of joggers i ordered as they were faulty in sizing they replied back to my email quick enough to arrange collection once they recieved them its took nearly 2 weeks for them to dispatch and still waiting now for them and ignored the emails i send in the mean time will avoid this site from now on

Awful customer service they don’t reply to emails. Received order was too big instructions stated email to request exchange and well they just never replied sent a further 5 emails nothing… so had no choice to send order back now waiting for refund!!!! Unbelievable how they can get away with such poor customer service!!! Will never order from them again.
