I ordered from the actual site not the scam site. And the actual site they are scam artists too. Placed an order, said it’s delivered, however I never received it. Apartment camera shows delivery man was never even there at the time it was “delivered.” Contacted them at their help email that they have provided here and they refuse to provide a refund so I’m going to dispute it with my credit card and send them the footage to show them they are nothing but thieves and liars. Oh and make social media videos so it can blow up and we can shut this company down for good

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with Lime Lush Boutique! I’ve placed multiple orders with them and love every piece of clothing I’ve received. Only one order contained the wrong dress and Shelbi was not only kind, but quick to respond and fix the situation. Shoutout to Shelbi! I really appreciate when customer service cares for the customer and I can see that Lime Lush does. They have super cute clothing (love the dresses) and they always have good sales!

If I could leave negative stars I would! Wish I would have checked more thoroughly on customer reviews. Received the wrong items. I ordered a dress and they sent me pants and a corset. I needed the dress for an event. I asked for a replacement dress. They said they would ship it if so in stock when I returned the other items. I am happy to return the wrong items… (like I would want to keep them! They aren’t even my size!!) .. but now I do not trust that I will receive my dress at this point. It was their mistake NOT MINE. They should send me the dress!

Absolutely horrendous attitude and complete lack of customer service from Shelbi. I will not order from here again.

After placing a $125 order for 2 items, I received an empty poly envelope. It had torn on the side and the items had fallen out. They told me it was on ME, the customer, to file a claim with the carrier, then they’d “consider” a refund. The rep has a very snotty and passive aggressive tone to her emails…one minute refusing to help, the next wishing me happy holidays. Disgusting service.

She didn’t offer to resend the items and refused to refund or file the claim themselves as the shipper. Everyone knows you do not put the burden on the customer if you care about them - which clearly they don’t.

I am out my money and my clothes. I will be filing a dispute with my card company to get my money back. Avoid this company at all costs - they do NOT care about you.

I just ordered 3 very expensive pairs of jeans and I'm hoping and praying I didn't get scammed. Will keep you all posted. If this is the Real Lime Lush Boutique I believe they're legit and everyone else is getting scammed from a fake Lime Lush just like I did once with fake Judy blue jeans.

I’ve ordered from this website several times and never had a problem. Whoever is writing bad reviews I would highly recommend to do your research before you buy anything from any website. I have personally seen a fraudulent website pretending to be lime lush . You can’t be mad at anyone but yourself for not doing your research before buying anything online. Especially if it’s not the real lime lush ……

Complete SCAM! Do not order from this company. Still waiting on a partial refund after two orders were never delivered. SCAM!!!!!!

I had the same exact issue as everyone else! Ordered, never received, sent again, still nothing only to be offered partial refund!!!!!! These people need to be shut down!!!!!!!

Order supposedly sent twice. Tracking says delivered both times, but I have not received. Company refuses to refund payment. Blames it on the shipping company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

They do not allow exchanges. What company doesn’t do an even exchange in 2024?!? I won’t buy from them ever again. Getting a refund takes forever and even if you pay for the insurance so you get a free return label you still have to package it to return and bring it to FedEx. Too much of a hassle. The return envelope should be included when you pay for it.

No offense to everyone here but it doesn't hurt to do a little more research when you're spending money on something online. Always check socials, their updates, maybe YouTube reviews, etc. Anything that possibly legitimizes their business.
It took me a minute to go to their Instagram and see their announcement that a fake website is using their name and double-check the link as they stated.
Legit one is just Limelush, NOT Lime-Lush-Boutique in the URL.
I ordered on January 21st, the item was shipped on January 23rd, received my item on January 26th.
Items were just as described and pictured and the quality was just fine. No problems whatsoever.
It's hard for me to grasp how so many people here failed to do their due diligence and blame the company for it.
5 stars, cute clothes, simple shopping. That's literally it.

I ordered 3 pairs of $8 jeans despite the bad reviews.. well lesson learned. It took an entire month for my package to finally say it was “delivered” and yet, I still never received it. Contacted customer service and they spewed a bunch of bull about “maybe your neighbors have it” so I said they don’t. Then they tell me they can “offer me a 60% refund” so I inform them I’ll be writing a bad review for them and 3 seconds (literally) later they emailed again saying they “applied to their superiors” and were “able to get me a 90% refund” … interesting how they talked to their superiors so fast. Anyway I’m taking the 90% refund and learning a lesson. Don’t buy from here.

So I’m just learning that I bought from LimeLush-Boutique, which is the scam website based off the real LimeLush. So I will leave my review to warn people, but change the rating since I had the wrong site.

I haven't purchased from the ACTUAL Lime Lush yet but I did get scammed by the Lime-Lush one. It's a "duplicate" scam site by the same name. You need to be sure you are on the correct one. The scam one will take your money and send nothing. A month of shipping details and a delivery and nothing there from China. Be aware of which one you order from. limelush WITHOUT the dash is the correct one. DO NOT ORDER FROM Limelush-boutique.. Make sure you are on the correct site. I cannot speak of the real site but if are like me and ordered those $9.99 Judy Blue Jeans, that is the scam site. Those jeans are $60+ jeans. Good thing I didn't spend much.

I have been asked to update. Still no refund. Still nothing. The customer service gives very long respnoses with no solutions. Offered half of my money back but I got nothing back. SCAM! PLEASE DO NOT GIVE YOUR INFO... Updated!! DO NOT BUY. I saw the reviews but figured. Ok. Shipping will be a while but its super cheap so.. I'll give it a shot. The tracking site is Super Sketch. Customer service is... um, complicated to say the least. I saw an ad saying that this boutique was located in Texas. Definitely false. I ordered over a month ago and I am no closer to finding out where these things are.
There are tons of sites that have cheap cute clothes. I would miss this one.

Still waiting. Its December 10th. Shows delivered December 6th. No carrier listed. They are unresponsive.

Order never received and bartered for refund amount installed of just refunding me, after four or five email exchanges finally accepted 90% of purchase yet to see if refund will happen for that amount.

I did not get my shoes and they shut me out of website from purchasing any more items ! I called them and they seid my credit card did not work and that they did not get there money for shoes I never received the shoes ! but wow I see all bad reviews and I am glad now they won’t let me buy from them I will have to agree there some items are very very cheaply made ! and sometimes smell bad ! well I guess them shutting me out of there website for no reason , Is a very good thing !

I have been a long time customer of this company and paid for a new ''no hassle'' free return/exchange option when I purchased a jacket. I received the jacket in a package that had been ripped open or not sealed and exposed to the rain. I emailed Lime Lush and they said my return was denied. What??? I also don't like the jacket. So apparently you cannot return damaged or disliked items to this shop even after paying for the service.

The quality of the items were pretty standard. They are quite expensive with some things but others they have crazy good deals on. The biggest drawback is they advertise coupons and they are impossible to use. It’s a waste of time when they send you $20 off $100 or the opting in for text coupons. Shipping takes a while but they are transparent about times.
