Ordered jeans, received obviously used ones – unbuttoned, tags removed, strong perfume smell, stretched out. Size chart matched my measurements, but too big. Asked for return, told they would deduct $9 for shipping. Terrible experience, won't recommend. Will leave negative reviews. Do better!

The dress that I purchased was poorly made. The top did not stay up, any movement I made, you could see EVERYTHING. There is no way this dress could work for anyone. On top of that, to ship the return cost me $14.18!!! Never again.

The return/exchange policy is ridiculous and I believe they deny returns and exchanges because they know their clothing quality is poor so we are stuck with crap!

0 stars HORRIBLE customer service, ordered an outfit and pair of sandals for a concert @ 09:41am on Thurs, I paid $33.51 for overnight shipping. I did not receive my package until Monday which was after the concert. When I called requesting a refund, I was told that they dont ship out same day unless order is placed before 9am. They sent me a return label, however told me I had to pay for package to be shipped back PLUS would not refund the $33.51 I paid for shipping in the beginning. I would NOT recommend purchasing anything from this company

I would say "PASS" I ordered 2 things to try on for a wedding in Cancun, they did not arrive until we were out of the country. Now that I finally got back and tried them on, I am past my time for a refund, now I need to get store credit. Right there is bad business, especially considering they did not arrive as expected. As most boutiques, their prices are high, but the quality of the product and customer service does not seem to match what you pay for.

Deceitful company!!! They offer sales of 10-20% off and in small print say final sale. They have high fees to discourage returns and their cloths are cheap China crap. Don't waste your time and checkout Cupshe!

Beware! I just paid $26.92 to return two orders as they no longer provide $7.95 return labels! They are -assing the shipping costs on to their customers without warning how expensive it is. I will never buy on their site again.

Horrible. Do not buy from them. I ordered a pair of jeans I saw on Instagram so cute. I couldn’t wait to get them. Well they came and what a disappointment not as pictured at all. I emailed the company and they refused to let me ship them back Free. I may turn a claim into insurance for false advertisement. Such terrible service and my first purchase.

Had an aweful experience. Long story short , ordered a shirt, returned it. you get 3 days..theywould not give me my money back.. had to fight days and they charge you for the label 6.95 plus shipping .. so i paid 31.00 for a top and got 18.00 back. im out all that money!!!! I will never buy from them again. the quality is aweful

Don’t waste your money. Sizing is inaccurate and material is cheap. Poor quality clothing. Read the return policy before ordering. Items on sale are final sale, so even if the the item arrives damaged, it cannot be returned. This is unacceptable.

The pictures on the site are adorable but what you receive is not. The material is so cheap and it’s expensive. If I wanted cheap material with poor quality I would have gone with shein. What a shame because I spent so much money here. Returned it the same day I got it

I gave limelush 3 stars just for the cuteness of the styles. But everyone else's reviews about the cheapness and cheaper availability through shein. Is right. After tax and shipping I paid $69 for 1 bodysuit and a flimsy cami. Crazy right? Never in my life has any boutique made me regret buying from them like lime lush has. Shop elsewhere, this company really screwing you on the price and quality of the clothing.

The clothes sold here are cute but the other reviews saying the material is cheap and sizing is hit or miss is accurate. I just received a jacket that costed $43. I found the exact same jacket on SHEIN for $15. They order from the same manufacturers, this “boutique” is a total scam. I wouldn’t mind if the prices were lower but they are charging double and triple for the same cheap clothes offered elsewhere. And the return policy is insane. Get to the post office within 3 days or you’re stuck with a store credit. If it’s on sale or there’s a special code they offer? You’re out of luck on a refund or exchange. Just shop at SHEIN, it’s the exact same stuff.

i ordered a few items and based the sizing from their website, after seeing they were offering a promo code recently. the items came and one was way too big so i went to return it to exchange for a smaller size, and apparently when you use promotion codes that makes every item final sale. so i ordered a new arrival from their site that was now treated as final sale because of a promo code? i’ve never heard of that from any other website i’ve ever ordered from. i said i just wanted it in a smaller size, to which they told me they do not offer exchanges. website is a total scam.

I ordered off their website and I went off their sizing chart. Their sizing chart showed that a size 27 was a size 3. I emailed about how their sizing is off. They emailed back saying it's because they measure on a flat surface and not a model. When you receive the product the manufacturer's tag is inside the item and shows the exact size. Instead of going off that size they do the sizing themselves which then throws everything off. They need to not mesaure themselves when there is a tag inside the item already saying the exact size. it is a scam.

Absolute Garbage! The item I received was hideous. Nothing like the pictures. The color was not even the same. I returned it the same day I received it. They Do Not refund you in full either! What does that tell you?

Update to my previous 1 star review. The company did finally reach out and worked very hard to rectify my issue. Thank You Lime Lush for making things right!

The clothes are CHEAP quality. Seriously, the fabric they use is the exact same as the $5-$10 shirts shirts I get from SHEIN. Except I paid $50+ for just one shirt, which arrived extremely wrinkled, thin cheap material and ran small. This is my second time ordering and my experience was the same the first time around, I’m not sure why I tried ordering again. Won’t make that mistake again.

TLDR: over priced, cheap material, sizing is hit & miss

They don't have plus size an 99% of everything doesn't even offer size Xl guess lime lush is only for skinny Bit@#*$
