Our Customer Care team spoke with you directly and, as a home consumer, next-day delivery wasn’t possible. However, we offered a one-off exception for you to collect the missing items from our Barnet branch to ensure you had what you needed for your function.
We also provided an email address for further assistance, but unfortunately, we didn’t receive any follow-up message. We always aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly, and we regret that this wasn’t reflected in your review.
