I paid for my order on March 19th but it wasn't delivered as usual. I don't understand why and when I will receive a refund and delivery.

Excellent service as always, good prices, fast delivery. Have used them for my stock for 8years never had a problem.

Lost order . £173 . Customer service isn't answering. Very bad service. Everything went wrong

They messed up my first order, considering it was only a small order of like 22 50ml bottles and they only sent 12 and didn’t send the 10 bottles of IVG, emailed them 3 times, rang countless times but they never answer, what ever you do DONT use this company, can’t even fulfill a £70 order

Not even a heads up that they were going into administration

Way to rip off the folks that have been customers for years!!

The only great thing about this firm is Reem in the office! Should have let her run the company then you wouldn’t have to fraud us!

Absolutely brilliant. Great people and great customer services, especially Reem she goes above and beyond.

These guys have stole money on us all they have had no H4 CBD from October but had it on there website for sale, I brought this to there attention several times and they told me customs had it, well now we know that was a lie, I new something was up but didn't think they would generate money through fraud.

What a dirty thing to do

Just subscribed to the dropshipping service, and in the past week they’ve sent our customers empty parcels. They’ve now gone into administration, so they have obviously ripped us off with both the subscription fee and sending our customers empty parcels.

Paid for next Working day delivery, order arrived 3 working days later, order was wrong, not what I ordered. Messaged JM Wholesale Ltd Few days ago now about it and still haven't had any response.

I’m upset that I was one of many that was owed a refund that was being held back & offered incentives to amend my 1 star review. But JM WHOLESALE never responded to me on trustpilot like they do with their 5 star reviews & the very occasional time on a 1 star review. Flagging the review to have it removed was more important to JM WHOLESALE than responding to me on the trustpilot platform. If a certain customer can write 32 5 star reviews & the majority being a couple of minutes between each review when you can only write a review once every 24 hours & get a response, I feel JM WHOLESALE should have responded at least once to one of my reviews. I suppose I’ll have to write 32 too. I’d love to hear from you JM WHOLESALE

Always have huge range of lovely products, fast delivery and collection, very professional staff members

I ordered some CBD but they delivered the wrong product so I sent it back but they ignore my emails & have kept my money. I’ve been reading some other reviews & it seems keeping customers money is rife. Do not use this wholesalers
Hi wholesale I’m not sure how I can reply to you so I’m updating my review. I got rid of all emails & terminated my account with a long time ago. I was browsing trusstpilot & saw a few others having the same issue I once had with you & thought that seeing as I’m not a unique case I should share my experience. I don’t hold any grudges towards you but I would never use or recommend you to anyone. I hope this is a satisfactory response to your reply as I’m not that familiar with actually writing reviews on here, I just use it for a better idea of where to order my stock from

Just wanted to thank Reem from JM Wholesale customers support team, had few issues with DHL with my delivery, and contacted the JM customer support team, very quickly Reem took control of the issue and delt with the whole matter quickly and keeping me updated with the progress, some times there are issues with the delivery service that is not in control of the seller, and many seller will simply tell the buyer to chase the courier company direct, but this was not the case with Reem and JM Wholesale, they delt with the issues until I was happy with the outcome, so big thank you to Reem and JM Wholesale,

I placed an order on 7/01/2025. The order was dispatched with tracking information. A few days had passed, so I decided to check the tracking. The tracking stated that Royal Mail had yet to receive the parcel.

So, I contacted JM Wholesale. They said the parcel was delivered. Clearly, it wasn't.

I left a review on Trustpilot. Then, I was contacted by a manager from the business apologizing about what had happened.

The business said they would resend the order.

So, I took the review down.

Weeks passed going back and forth with this company.

In the end, I asked for a refund on the 3rd of February. They emailed me saying they had issued a refund.

Since then, I have requested a refund 3 times.

Guess what? Still no refund.

It might only be £58.74, but at the end of the day, money is money.

My next step will be a small claims court.

Jamie & Reem again without a doubt the best customer service account managers you could ask for every time I place an order big or small they are both willing to help and make sure our orders are despatched ASAP Reem always puts a smile on our faces every time we speak on the phone 😁 Take a bow guys Take a bow.......
