Never had an issue with J!NX. There clothing is very original and super comfortable. I've suggested J!NX products to many of my friends and family.

Bought items for my kids, shipping was fast and when not in stock, notified quickly when items got back in stock.

Bought a shirt for my husband. It fit as expected after looking at their sizing, good quality, has held color in the wash so far.

My package was a very troublesome delivery due to my own poor planning. This did not bother the staff at Jinx at all and they were happy to help me redirect my package after the first delivery failed (and had in fact been returned to them, a trip of a few thousand miles). I was very happy with their prompt and understanding service.

I just wish all companies were as amazing as J!nx. The goods are awesome. I just feel sad when my size is out of stock. I had problems with shipping twice and they solved it quickly without any stress

Horrible experience trying to buy merchandise at Minecon. Wasted hours waiting and items were all sold out in the end. Then waited months to receive the "exclusive" Minecon merchandise. Kids interest had waned by the time it arrived 6 months after the fact and the items were a terrible rendering and quality. Never again, jinx!

My experience with Jinx has been amazing since Day 1 of my first purchase. My favourite part of the website was the trivia quiz that helped contribute a certain experience with the rest of the fans and engage with their customers. It was pointless fun that helped reward a certain amount towards a discount. No other service had that.

I've ordered a hand full of items from JINX so far, all of which has been quality. Too often you'll buy merch from other boutiques that will dismantle and fall a part after a wear, but I can tell there is a hearty quality with JINX. If you want an example, I would recommend the Witcher 3 White Wolf belt, really sturdy. I would order from them again.

Awesome - high quality pendant...you will not be disappointed. It was designed and manufactured at the perfect scale from high quality metals...even the chain is unique. Whethere you love the Witcher or simply admire unique jewelry you won't be disappointed.

I have been shopping at JINX for over ten years, and have always been satisfied, but nothing last forever, and on my last purchase I received a defective shirt, and the stitching came off the sleeve within a month or so. I contacted customer service on how to file a return on the shirt, and the agent just shipped me one out, did not even ask for the old one back, now I have sleeves for at work, and sleeveless for the party scene, and by part scene I mean mowing the grass, cause really is there anything annoying on a hot sunny day than having to leave your air conditioned house and computer to cut grass? I dont think so, but my wife keeps telling me its a jungle out there, at least I have a cool shirt to cut grass in now :)

The object I purchased was exactly as shown in the pictures and described. It arrived just in time, from overseas , still perfectly wrapped and flawless. Impeccable service, nothing to complain about.

Ordered MineCon T-shirt but it took forever to get here; loses the vibe of being a souvenir. No confirmation or updates as to shipping date, so it was just an interface for the initial order.
