The website layout wasn't intuitive to use when compared with other online shopping sites. My complaint is specific to the search and category switching (video games vs. Rocket League vs. "rocket league hoodie").

We had some issues with the delivery of my order , but the staff was incredibly helpful and even attempted to reship the order I unfortunately had to be issued a refund at the end of it , but the staff was very pleasant to deal with and addressed the issue promptly , I will definitely be ordering from them again despite this issue and would recommend them to anyone.

I ordered a product on February 2nd 2017. It crossed the border a few weeks later but I never received it. I called and had them replace the order to resend it. It got sent out on March 1st 2017. I never received it a month later. This was supposed to be a gift for my brother for the end of February and I never was able to get it for him. I am extremely displeased with the method of delivery to Canada.

Product is good, but I was a bit disappointed with the answer I received about item returns/exchanges. With companies such as Amazon setting the standard for customer relations, J!NX will need to step up or risk losing direct sales.

There was some problems with shipping, but JINX service deal with it absolutley glorious way. By the way the quality of products is on top master level! :)

Took my daughter and her friends to Minecon 2017 in Anaheim, california. The entire weekend was very well presented and the girls had a spectacular time. The forecast need for the purple plush was woefully short and many people were unable to purchase one. Jinx immediately recognized this and made successful effort to provide those who wished the opportunity to purchase in the future. This was a tremendous boost to the crowd and a very wise business move on Jinx's part. Not just monetarily (although I think that was minimal at best given the cost if the plush) but to honor those who attended.
I do not normally write reviews negative or positive and in fact this is the first in years. However Jinx deserves my little effort and our thanks.

As always, pretty fast shipping if I consider that I live in central Europe and the quality was again, awesome!
