Jetline Cruise 

Our cruise is not till next year but the service and communication to date with Emma has been great.

Great deal, very helpful staff, easy to book.

Custome service is shocking. Paul Marchent is rude and arrogant and not customer focused. Doesn't care if you have a good holiday or not. Whilst on the phone he informed me he had to go due to an emergency??!!
Says it all.........

Update. Nobody bothered contacting me, Paul Marchent has no idea whatsoever so have now started section 75 with credit card company as Paul thinks Jetline are not responsible when infact they definitely are as my contract is with them.

Been dealing with Van at jetline for a week on this trip. He is very understanding. Patient. Answered all our questions. Understood the importance of getting us the right package.

I booked my cruise with Jetlinecruise.com and from the moment the call connected I felt taken care of. My consultant Jerry Singh made everything easy and answered all my questions. He rang me back to confirm a credit had been added to my account which I wasn’t even aware I had. He was professional, courteous, polite and efficient.

Saw the advertisement for Cruise in Mail on Sunday rang the number which was for Jetline Cruise and spoke to Lucas he gave me all the information and answered my questions and got back to me with further details the next day, very impressed with the service, have booked Cruise

The staff were well informed and very helpful.

Just returned from an amazing holiday booked through jetliner cruises. Imran was amazing every step of our booking.
Unfortunately BA cancelled our flight the day before we were due to come home. They booked us on a non direct flight instead. They were not helpful and did not answer any emails. I didn’t think to contact Jetline. However Gemma from Jetline Cruise contacted us she had seen the change in flight told us she didn’t think it acceptable and had got us onto a direct flight. I am very impressed with the efficiency and service provided. Thank you Gemma and Imran. I will definitely use Jetline Cruises again and have already recommended them
