I absolutely love this waxer, I’ve been using it for three years now and it always gets the job done. Whether it’s arm pit hair, leg hair or facial hair! The wax is so pretty when melted and some of them have a good scent to make the waxing more enjoyable😂 I personally love the mango scented one. Overall this waxer gave me a great experience!

I got this for my little sister and she loved it, even talked me into waxing the back of my neck. Neither of us have ever tried waxing at home before and it was the perfect way to start, easy instructions and super beginner friendly. She even got herself the subscription she liked it so much, and I love how clean my neckline looks.

This waxing machine has been my go-to for three solid years. I'm in my 50s, and as an Asian, tackling facial hair around my mouth can be a real quest. But this machine? It's the Usain Bolt of warming up – quick! Does its job so splendidly, it's like a magic wand for unwanted fuzz.

The wax warmer and wax works great. When I was missing an item from my order, customer service helped resolve that by sending out a replacement. I have get to get used to waxing and the kit I bought is novice/beginner friendly.

The customer support was wonderful when I messaged them, and the beginners kit I got was also wonderful! I have PCOS and I got the kit for mostly my neck since I have to shave it almost every day, but after my first waxing, it took the hair about 2 to 3 weeks to grow back! And it grew back patchy! I 100% recommend Jelly Wax!

Following the Jelly Wax TikTok account made me think I could wax in the first place. I tried it and after a little practice I have gotten quite good! I've tried some other hard waxes and none of them grab my leg hair the way Jelly Wax does. I have medium to fine leg hair and Jelly Wax gets it every time!

Got this product delivered quickly and it’s worked great!!! I’ve used wax strips for years but wanted to give hard wax another shot. It’s been wonderful to work with & clean up has been so simple. With the wax strips I used, they always left a sticky residue that was a pain to remove and left my skin red but this stuff is a dream! Also, the scent is so wonderful. It smells like cotton candy or bubble gum (or something along those lines but smells great either way!). Would totally recommend.

I finally got the courage to wax my bikini!! I took a tylenol 30 minutes before waxing. I spread the wax from the side to the middle (not from the top) and took a deep breath and pulled in one motion!! Got the majority of the hair! Had to do a clean up and the pain was not what i expected. This is my first time to wax my bikini by myself!! Love this Jelly Wax!! For my underarms, they do not hurt at all after almost 3 sessions 😬

Came incredibly fast and on sale I have so much I wouldn't have and I'm grateful for it. For A first time waxer this just felt like ripping off a bandaid it was a lot less painful than I was expecting because of this company.

I've tried waxing kits before and they've all been a painful experience, but with jellywax it was the complete opposite. It was easy to use and I hardly felt any kind of pain. I 100% would recommend this!!

I have been waxing for 2 years and I’ve tried many waxes before. I came across this wax on tiktok and figured why not? first, i bought the refill kit which is 2 wax bags and sticks and the sticks came chipped at the ends and uneven from the sides. second, the wax itself is good, but painful. with one application, it’ll pick up a bunch of hair which i liked. lastly, the wax bags aren’t enough. with the 2 bags i received, i managed to wax my arm pits, lower legs, and mustache, which is good but not worth the price of the small bag when there’s better products out there.

The wax itself is absolutely wonderful! It works a charm and isnt super messy or annoying to work with. The wax pot is also super nice and works great. My only complaint was the very long shipping wait, as I had gotten an email that my order was confirmed, then supposedly shipped 3-5 day later, but hadn't gotten to me for almost another 2 weeks which was longer than the said shipment time. Overall though I love everything else and will continue to bu Jelly Wax!
