Everything arrived quickly and in perfect condition! I have enjoyed everything I get from jelly wax, and this last package was great. Not only is the wax the best I have used, but the skincare and scrubs are amazing. I am very sensitive, so having gentle skin care that is not irritating is a must and the jelly wax products are perfect. I also don't know how they do it, but the scent of the scrubs smells AMAZING and stays on me the whole next day. As someone who has tried every other hair removal and at home waxing out there, Jelly Wax is unbeatable. AMAZING RESULTS EVERY TIME!

The package came quick and although I struggled for whatever reason with glitches stating certain items couldn’t ship to DC. When I finally got the order through I forgot to click for the qualifying free item. I reached out to customer service and they hooked me up.

The product arrived incredibly fast and I was very very happy with the quality. I did a lot of research before making this decision to purchase a hard wax warmer and Jelly Wax constantly was recommended. Most of the reviews mentioned the temperature dial as a negative or neutral factor--I did not find that to be true at all. The dial felt secure and responsive.
I have very sensitive skin and found the wax to be nonirritating. It took a bit of trial and error to figure out which wax worked best for my hair type and being able to make my own bundle without commiting to a monthly subscription was the best for me. The scent was not unpleasant and very mild.
I would recommend this product to those who are on the fence.

This was the only wax I've ever used and honestly will probably be the last just because of how bad my experience was. My armpits started literally bleeding and it was so patchy on my legs. Definitely going back to the razor.

I love the product. I have extremely sensitive skin and a lot of allergies. I ordered the starter kit and used it right away. After my first use, I went online and placed a subscription order for more. My one request would be that you add an unscented product. I am very scent sensitive and that is the one area of concern for me.

The wax is definitely easy to use and does its job, however I feel that the scent of the wax is a little bit aggressive and could also be one of the reasons for irritation. I would love to see a wax that has maybe aloe or tea tree oil in it.

I enjoy ordering my wax. My only issue is I wish there was an option to just order wax packets and not the sticks. As I go through the wax faster than the sticks and have a large collection of sticks. Feels wasteful to me

Order came in a small, well packed package, nice for environment. The wax was great for my legs, painless. Used one of the after wax soothing gels and it smelled wonderful and made my legs so soft!

Super good product. Been using it for 2 weeks now; the wax never pulls the skin like other waxes, even the more sensitive parts feel find with Jelly wax!

The whole experience was disappointing for the price I paid. I didn't get everything in my order when it first arrived. I contacted customer service and they were able to send SOME of the items missing, but I still didn't receive everything. I definitely would not recommend ordering from them with my experience.

I watched the videos and read the reviews and after asking my professional waxer pal who said this looked legit, I went for it and bought the starter kit. I have always struggled with hair management as I am biracial and light skinned with very dark, coarse hair. I am also a swimmer, so I feel pressure to stay on top of my head-to-toe hair removal routines all year round, which can take up TONS of my time and lots of products.

When I say that my jaw dropped after I made the first Jelly Wax pull on my leg...I COULD NOT BELIEVE how painless it was and how it grabbed EVERY HAIR at the root. I have never ordered a subscription so fast in my life. The hype is real, people. This might sound dramatic but I am not joking when I say that this is life changing for me. I have ordered from this company before. I was happy with first order and in a pinch needed to get some wax from somewhere else and was not happy at all, it was apply multiple times and it still would not remove. This wax was a Apply 1 and done, for most areas. I will be ordering from here again.

I have been waxing my armpits for about 6 months now and it has been such a time saver. I would have stubble hours after shaving and with waxing my hair growth takes about 3 weeks. My hair is getting thinner and lighter as well.

I absolutely love the company and the products! The wax doesn’t stick to the skin and only grabs the hair! The wax is hypoallergenic and they offer a scent free wax bead option as well! 10/10
