This is addressed for the corporate office...
I truthfully didn't want to have 1 star red ! I really prefer it to be all gray!!!
I had a phone call from some guy that scammed me into buying a Rolex watch but had to order it from. The Akron Jared cause the Jared in front of southern park mall doesn't carry them ... Then I wanted to return the watch and to be done with everything .
But I was put in the hospital I was hours from dieing with COVID-19/ PNEUMONIA!!! I was told I had not that long to live so they rushed me to ICU on the Ventilator for a week under but I survived I spent 4 months in the hospital and home recovering I'm not out of the woods yet... So I couldn't get to take that watch back cause this COVID came to fast ....
All I want to do is to give that watch back that I really don't want I ( was scammed by a guy that told me to buy it or ! ) But it's so far past the return date. But with that note I was told that you bought that watch you keep it we don't take it back nor do we refund you...😡
I don't want it I have no desire to keep it.
I had gotten a phone call from the bank that Jared has for the people to pay bills to said what ever I was saying was all a lie ...
I got so fumed ! I told her don't ever tell me that I'm lying cause there wasn't not one single lie that I had said ... She didn't believe me. And I'm not better yet and she almost had cause me to go back to the hospital to be put on the CPAP MACHINE FOR ME TO BREATH !!!
SO I CHOPPED UP THE JARED CARD AND I WANT THEM TO TAKE THE DARN ROLEX WATCH SO I DON'T HAVE TO LOOK AT THAT BOX . IT NEVER GOT OUT OF ITS BOX ... ( DON'T WANT IT!!!!! )

They ruined my wedding rings and could not get the size right on my husbands ring and scratched it up while trying to size it .My rings cost close to $10,000 and the enhancer fell off twice that they were suppose to connect together to make a set that I purchased at the Stonecrest Mall location in Georgia. Corporate is a joke and offered me a gift card back for what we spent to have it made custom to fit together. I do not want anything rom them ever again. We purchased a three tier rope bracelet it broke within 25 days and they tried to fix it and left strings of the rope bracelet out..go somewhere else..They never told me the color of my husbands ring and lied about it after purchase. I despise them.

Horrible!!

Horrible!!! Do not even think about buying from Jared! I purchased a ring for $3500 using my account and come to find out two weeks later the ring was out of stock, so I go to order another ring and my account is frozen because of the first purchase that I never received. I tried to contact them but everything is automated and chat bots TOTAL BS!!! Pick up the damn phone!!!!!

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Still waiting for a refund for an item i returned two months ago. What is this ??? Not a high end place and they are stuck in the past. Avoid buying anything from them

They repair my ring last June it costs…

They repair my ring last June it costs me $500. Not even a year past the same stone they fixed came out. I tried speaking to them thinking they would work with me on trying to fix it at a discounted price. They said their repairs are only warranted for 6 months. I thought since I spent so much money they would work with me and they refuse to. I will never buy or repair anything at Jared. I wasn’t asking to repair it for free but I thought they would help me in trying to repair it since they did not do a good job.

Best Experience Ever!

We wanted to purchase rings for our 30th anniversary. After starting out with another jeweler we came to Jared’s. Working with Mr. Ceesay at the Columbiana Store we were able to purchase the custom rings of my dreams. He made the experience fun but professional which is difficult to do. We could not have asked for a better experience. We will be back!

I recently purchased a ring for my wife…

I recently purchased a ring for my wife for $8000 at the Burlington ma store when we got the appraisal it was under the value we paid, the woman doing the appraisal quickly covered up Jared jewlers lie by saying she had made a mistake.we demanded a refund and we told NO the sale is final.
The lack of service and truthful behavior this location doesnt provide is terrible.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY ITS A MONEY GRAB.

Terrible company

I ordered a mother's ring as a mother's day gift on April 25 2022, their website tracking number that I was given said May 13 it would be available for pick-up at a local store. It's now May 20 2022, website still saying order preparing to be shipped. I contacted customer service, and kept getting disconnected. I chatted with Jared, and their automated system says that the order was shipped and would be available for pick-up soon. I then opted to speak with a live person, only to find out that the item was delivered to the store on May 8 2022. I am livid.!! I will not give any or recommend giving any business to this company in the future. I cannot understand how companies like this stay in business.

Presentation Box

Took my mom into our local Jared store in Cary, NC the other day just to obtain a necklace presentation box. She was gifting her granddaughter a beautiful heart-shaped diamond pendant that she’d had for many years as a college graduation gift.
Our salesman was Brandon, he was very accommodating and insisted on cleaning and packaging the necklace in its lovely box. He also offered to clean a few rings we were wearing that day. Those came out sparkling as well! Thanks so much to Brandon for taking care of us despite we weren’t actually making a purchase.

I've never have to write any reviews on anything but my boyfriend had ordered a beautiful amethyst bracelet for our anniversary from online. When we received it, there were ONE AMETHYST STONE MISSING from the bracelet! Tried to call customer service, NUMBER DON'T EVEN WORK! Thought I was gonna have a good impression with them but NO! I will be getting a refund! DON'T waste your time ordering online with them! Not reliable! If I can give a zero star I would!

I had a service appointment to have my wedding ring checked. I was initially told that my ring had a loose prong and a baguette that needed to be tightened. This was Saturday 4/2 and here it is 4/7 and I had to contact the store to find out the status of my ring. I was left on hold for over 5-7 minutes so I hung up, Only to get a call from Sheri the store manager @ Legacy Place. Apparently my ring has several issues that needs immediate attention and she told me that my ring was never touched by the repairman. I was livid and went straight to the store to get my ring only to have no one explain what really happened and the manager was gone. I took my ring and receipt and went back home only to see that my ring was indeed touched and my diamond that was once protected by gold prongs was no longer protected. All of the prongs have been flattened as if they were going to do more than polish and shine and make simple upgrades. Sheri wanted to charge me $600 to replace baguettes that they claim were chipped but was never mentioned the day that I dropped my ring off! NEVER do business with shady people! I am so disappointed and my ring is ruined!!!! My 2 year anniversary is in June and now I have to get a reputable jeweler to fix their mistake. I have contacted Jared and all I keep hearing is that my ring was not bought at Jared only the enhancer that was added. My entire ring was recreated and any other time there was never a problem with the servicing.

Bought a ring .$5800. Had to be sized. Went to pick up and employee eating a banana while helping me. Received ring no box no bag just handed to me. Very uncaring unprofessional attitude. Wont be back. Store in ft worth

No sense of quality control or customer satisfaction!

Terrible online shopping experience with this company. I ordered a couples ring for my wife in rose gold and it came to the house in yellow gold. They got everything else perfect but how do you mess up the easiest part of putting a ring together, what kind of gold it is? I sent the ring back and got my money back. DO NOT go to Jared, run FAR, FAR away from Jared!

Rude salesman…

This is concerning only one salesman although there are other issue's that could be addressed when it comes down to making you feel welcomed to shop in the store. There is one man that will run you down in the store when you first come in the door. Its not hello may i help you? Its what do you need and do you have an appointment? As you respond he gets in front of you blocking you from where your going making you feel like your not welcome unless we know what you want. I frown on this because what happen to the days you could look around freely until something catch your eye and you decide you want to purchase? I am going to inform Corporate and there Vender's too, they should know the type of service we get as a consumer in this store. Again its not all of the employees, only one that is worse than the others.

Could not be more disappointed

Could not be more disappointed! The 'jewelers' completely ruined my wife's new ring. They totally disregarded everything documented in the instructions on fitting the enhancer to her engagement ring. I cannot believe how reckless and thoughtless these people are to destroy valuable merchandise like this and expect the customer to accept the results. Will NEVER make the mistake of trusting Jared again.

Just went to Jared in Orlando

Just went to Jared in Orlando, Millennia. I had jeans and a baseball cap on. I walked around 15 minutes with a showroom of sales reps there. No one asked me if they could help me. A man walked in with a suit on and 2 people ran to assist him. Lol. I had to take pictures of the rings I was interested in and will look on line to purchase!

Jared does not care

Jared does not care. Has terrible service and customer relations. They are such crooks. Do your self a favor stay far away from this place. Especially Hal at the County Line location. Absolutely no integrity. Greg Kennedy 303-710-1417.

Just purchased a Valentines gift for my wife at the Jared’s in Kennesaw. The customer service was great! Rhea was my salesperson and was very helpful by showing me a variety of styles while staying within my budget. Customer service is top notch and is not lost on Jared’s. I’ll return for our 40th anniversary later this year.

Be careful with what you are buying…

Be careful with what you are buying there. Lots of mistakes and the quality of diamonds is not what you think. I went in to purchase diamond earrings for my daughter. After looking at a few different styles we elected to purchase a 1/2 carat pair. The background of the earrings are set in a silver shiny background making it hard to see the difference in sizes and quality. When I got home and opened the earrings the sizes were visibly very different. I went back into the store to return them or exchange them and spoke with the general manager of the store and my sales guy. They tell me they cannot refund my cash back only a corporate check will be mailed. They also offered to order in another pair and exchange them since they said they dont have any in the same size or quality in the that store. I asked to look at the case again and they said sure. Well, low and behold there is another 1/2 they same size and same price as what I bought. I asked to look at them and the salesman said these were actually better "colorless" stones. I toko a close look and saw 2 big black spots with my eyes, not even a mag glass. He looked also and agreed. He then said to what and they will order in a couple for me to check. Lots of apologies, lots of saying they want me to be happy but truly nothing to compensate my time and effort. Be careful dealing with this company. Nice people to get you to trust them but truly I feel like I got ripped off. Lets see how they "make me happy" next time I go in. I doubt they will do anything to wow me. Just offer me another overpriced set of earrings. Very very disappointed as my first time visiting that store.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at the store at Destiny USA. We were fortunate to have Terry to wait on us she was excellent, and very professional. She made us so comfortable and not exactly what would look best on my wife with the assistance of my bratty sister. I will tell people that appreciate great service and find jewelry about Jared
