Jacuzzi of Portland stole $3000 from my elderly friend. My friend Evelyn saw a Jacuzzi of Portland bathroom remodel commercial on TV and decided to call them. A salesperson came to her home and presented a hard sale to replace a walk-in tub in her new home. She was not presented with an estimate, only numbers scribbled on a piece of paper. She was originally quoted $25,000 to remove the tub and replace it with a shower. She “negotiated" the price down to $20,000 and wrote them a check for $10,000! Again, she is elderly, doesn't use technology at all, no cell phone, no computer, no email. She doesn't remember signing anything and was not given a contract. She doesn't even know the name of the salesperson. Luckily, her next door neighbor heard about it and started asking questions. Once he figured out what happened, he suggested she cancel because he knew she had been the victim of an unscrupulous company. When she called to cancel, Jacuzzi informed her there was a cancellation fee and would keep $3000 of her money. Of course, after hearing this, she was distraught, upset, and didn't understand why. She was told it was all in the contract she signed. It turns out, she signed an electronic contract but didn't understand what she did. She definitely wasn't given the chance to read it. She asked to have a copy of the contract sent to her, but they refused. She has since moved forward with the bathroom remodel with a reputable company. For the same price, she is having the tub replaced with a shower, her old small standing shower removed, new heated flooring installed, a new safer, taller toilet installed, a new vanity and sink installed, and hardwood flooring installed in the attached walk-in closet. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Jacuzzi of Portland!
Way overpriced

I think I dodged a bullet been waiting…
I think I dodged a bullet been waiting for a scheduled appointment for an Estimate, for 2:00 PM today and they just cancelled no one in my area was the excuse. Well-being a retired contractor one hour notice to cancel is unacceptable. I have decided to get an estimate from someone else, more reliable.
Never use jacuzzi bath remodel
Hi, back in October 2025, I reached out to Jacuzzi Bath Remodel about 2 bathroom remodels. An agent from Dreamstyle Renovo Home Partners was sent to our house from Jacuzzi. The financing was done through their associate company, Greensky. After being approved, our construction date was set for the Jan 4th 2026. We were informed that Dreamstyle was no longer in business without warning, leaving everyone doing business with them hanging. Greensky refuses to take our loan of $14163 off our credit report. No work was ever done on our house. Terrible company and terrible experience.
Ridiculously overpriced
Took 90 minutes of our time, to hit us with an 18K estimate!!! Also highly discouraged us from using small contractors. We used a small contractor, and got what we wanted for 4$!!!! This place is the biggest ripoff, DON’T FALL FOR THEIR COMMERCIALS AND SALES PITCH.
I got a contract for to walking showers…
I got a contract for to walking showers to be priced around 15,000 dollars. The installation was done in a day although the city had not given the permit to start the remodel. Now a week later, the one bathroom that was done is leaking from the wall and the bottom base. They are using cheap product to make it look like granite and plastered in silicone. They’ve yet to show up to do the second bathroom and I don’t think am gonna let them finish the job. I don’t understand why would Costco would partner with this company when they are a scam. Very poor quality work and product.
Unacceptable Installation Quality and Customer Service from Jacuzzi
We are extremely disappointed with our experience with Jacuzzi. Our new bath was installed on February 24–25, and although the installation was completed in two days, the workmanship and follow‑up service have been unacceptable.
Right after installation, we found two major issues:
• Very low hot water flow — the previous tub had normal pressure, and the sink next to it still does.
• Crooked drain installation — a clear quality problem.
The installers acknowledged both issues, yet getting anyone to fix them has been nearly impossible. After multiple calls, a plumber was scheduled for March 1, but he never showed up. When we called again on March 24, we were given vague promises with no real action. We are still left with a defective, brand‑new tub.
For the price and the reputation of Jacuzzi, this lack of accountability is shocking. At this point, we cannot recommend their installation services.
The installers were very professional…
The installers were very professional showed up on time and covered everything so no dust or damage cleaned up afterwards job look 1 day like they said job came out perfect the salesman David explained everything I'd recommend and use them anytime
Overpriced/Sloppy workmanship/Zero customer service
It's been 90 days, and counting, since JBRS "finished" their initial work on two bath remodels. OSB was not run floor to ceiling as promised; walls were left out of plum resulting in non-aligned grout lines; 1/2" PEK tubing and connectors were used which lowered my water pressure; an oversized hole was cut into the subfloor under the shower pan to save time in configuring the drain pipe, but it was never filled back in leaving the pan unsupported; now there is a noticeable flex in the floor which will fail at some point; I was ghosted for weeks by the Seattle operation, but made some progress with the Sr. Customer Care mgr. in Atlanta, GA.; that progress was halted by JBRS Sr. legal Counsel in Chino, CA.; JBRS will not put any of the agreed to corrections in writing and refuses to give any reason for such an absurd position; I have withheld final payment until resolved, but my distrust and dilemma continues.
P.S I originally wanted a shower door, but JBRS said that they didn't sell or install them. March's 2026 sales promotion includes free fixtures including a free shower door! Unbelievable!
Poor Communication and Common Courtesy
Had an appointment which was cancelled by the company on an hour before the representative was due to arrive. The appointment was rescheduled and after the representative was 30 minutes late for the appointment we called to see what was holding the representative up and we were told he would be at our house in about 15 minutes. After waiting another 45 minutes we called to cancel the appointment. We were given no reason for the delays and no company representative called to apologize or try to rectify the situation. Why would we use a company that can’t even make it to a scheduled appointment or give common courtesy to call when delayed. If that is the quality of their service I wouldn’t want to see the quality of their actual installation.
Disappointed in Jacuzzi
Install took 2 days and then wasn't correct. Tub didn't lay flat and walls cracked due to inferior glue. Took a month for someone to come out and look at issue. Almost 2 months later. Service comes out and says you have an issue with tub not bring properly installed. Another wait begins, finally after 3 plus months, the issues has been resolved. I hope! We will not use Jacuzzi for our 2nd bath remodel. We asked for compensation and Jacuzzi is not very responsive. Extremely disappointed in Jacuzzi.
Jacuzzi now says no compensation for bad install and 3 month delay in redoing mistakes. Very very disappointed when was told there would be some sort of compensation and no explanation why!
Buyer beware
Poor quality material
( upgraded to 2 stars since installers were on time and finished in the one day. )
Ordered new bathtub with shower surround. I made it very clear to salesman that WE wanted to control water pressure and temperature. No trickling water. Also wanted non slip tub bottom. Salesman guaranteed both. Well..... before even using shampoo or soap, the tub bottom was more slippery than previous tub and i almost fell immediately.
The faucet is one of those dumb ones that turns on as you control temp. "Off" is at the 6:00 position and it only goes to 2:00. Apparently it is"preset" to what JACUZZI feels you should have temperature. Water comes out the strongest at 3:00 which isn't warm enough, and pressure decreases in either direction. I called for service, thinking it was defective, but it is not. Jacuzzi puts limits on their faucets. (So in other words, jacuzzi determines pressure and temp.) I also called about slippery floor, and Michele told me "It's not non slip. It's slip resistant. You can go to Walmart and buy a non slip mat." I called plumber to see if he can easily put in new fixture. He cannot without getting into the wall. He said jacuzzi fixtures are garbage. I guess why they are"free" with promotions.
Deceptive sales, poor customer service, awful fixtures. Go with a different company. Unfortunately, i only read Google reviews. I wish I had known about TrustPilot.
Me and my wife took a half day off work…
Me and my wife took a half day off work for an appointment for a consultation. Jacuzzi Bath representative did not show up or called. When I called them they said they would call me back to reschedule. No calls no apologies. Unprofessional to say the least. No sure why Costco is associated with this company???
Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is the worst…
Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have serious concerns about why Costco has a partnership with such a company. They quoted $22,000 for a simple walk-in shower, which is absolutely ridiculous. At that price, someone could buy a new car.
Customer service informed me the appointment would last 1½ hours, but they wasted my time for 3½ hours, which is highly unacceptable.
I would strongly advise against calling Jacuzzi Bath Remodel for any bathroom remodeling services.
Costco/Jaccuzzi train wreck
Through Costco, I contracted Dreamstyle Remodeling to complete my “1 day” Jaccuzzi shower installation here in San Diego. After day 5 of install, Dreamstyle notified Costco that they were bankrupt. They did come back a 6th day to attempt job completion. After that, Costco informed me that I would have to arrange for final permit inspection. Additionally, I was informed that any warranty issues may or may not be honored. To date, they have not been able to provide me a copy of my contract. I hope nothing goes wrong, or I’m up the creek.
Dont Do It.
The manufacturer uses something on their products such as the bath tub that will cause it to stain after use. Such as essential oils, bath soaps, shower curtains which their warranty does not specify and they will not help the customer to try and rectify the problem that has occurred less than a year time. They only offer the customer to purchase another high cost product to rectify the problem after the customer has already spent an exuberant amount of money for their product. Their warranty is unrealalistic for a product that the consumer uses everyday and has spent a lot of money. They do not care about customer satisfaction..
Won't even show up for the estimate...
I called, made an appointment for the estimate and they never showed up or called. Terrible. I am actually glad that happened at the beginning of the process because, in reading the reviews, it sounds like it would have gone even further down hill from there. Good luck!
