Great job overall on the shower/bath construction. We are happy with the results and how it turned out, but some unfinished outside wall we were not expecting for the amount of money we paid. Some of the top caulking of the shower and sink was sloppy.

Jared was absolutely outstanding throughout our bathroom remodel process. From the moment he arrived, he was kind, thoughtful, and genuinely easy to talk to. He took the time to listen, answer every question clearly, and explain options without the usual sales nonsense people have come to expect from civilization’s more exhausting sectors.

What really stood out was how knowledgeable and enthusiastic he was. You could tell he understands the product, the process, and how to guide customers without pressure. He was professional, down to earth, and made what could have been a stressful decision feel comfortable and straightforward.

Most importantly, Jared truly went the extra mile for us. He worked hard to find ways to save us money and ultimately gave us a far better deal than competing companies. That combination of honesty, effort, and customer care is rare.

If every company had someone like Jared representing them, people would hate home improvement a little less. We highly recommend working with him.

The sales guy Collin was great, loved him.
An appointment was set up to get it installed, was ready for them, but the morning of the appointment, they waited until after the first window to call and cancel. Not before. The installers were very nice,but it looks looks like there, definitely not a afare several cracks in the boards, and they did the worst job ever putting the quarter round on the walls. Not the professional job I paid for. Unless this situation is rectified, I would not recommend them.

Awesome experience

The installers were polite, and jumped right into the job. They all worked well together. Apologetic that they couldn't do it all, for base for the sink was not put on the truck. And didn't have right exhaust fan. Otherwise great working team

Installers came at a good time for us ( not too early) but still finished in one day. They kept us aprised of what they were doing and a change that had to be made because of our plumbing. They were very careful of our flooring and furniture.

Installer showed up early in the day, he worked efficiently and was done by around four in the afternoon. Everything was clean and ready to go for our first hour 24 hours after the install.

Everyone was polite, very knowledgeable. The remodeling went smoothly and Scott explained everything to me. I would recommend Premier to my friends.

Customer service is terrible my shower is not finished( shelving) and to be cut off numerous times and get a “ we will get back to you” is a joke. Product is beautiful but CS sucks!

I just found another base board that they left a whole in. I’m not happy. Someone needs to call me and set up a time when they can come over and fix both baseboards!

I have so many issues with this company. The sales team stayed 7 hours and did a hard sell. The man they work for moved to Texas almost immediately. The product wasn’t what we expected. In the end we do have a new shower and tub. We just never approved layout or products.

The installation teams were very nice and could do the job. They were incredibly hard working professionals who all spoke foreign languages. They drove from Chicago, almost 2 hours away. I just feel the whole company was scattered and not used to doing a US business. I would not recommend it.

Friendly, thorough and considerate

Thorough explanation of the materials and the installation. Chris was professional and experienced with his presentation.

No issues with the installation. The installers were courteous, left jobsite clean and did a nice job. As for product we were shown a different product 1/4” not an 1/8”and made a choice to choose your company based on that product. Talked to Shawn and he presented a good reason that the product I got was the best product. But I chose to pay more than the other competitors for the product that was shown. The other competitors were almost 3000 dollars cheaper for the exact same product that you installed. Whether it was a mistake or intentional I don’t know. As for product your supplier stated that they only sell 1/4” product for that specific wall board. So I feel like I was bait and switched.

Our installer, Aaron Roberts was polite, self motivated and explained things as he went along. If he wasn't sure or ran into a snag, we talked it over and decided how to finish it.

Installers on time. Very professional. Explained everything to be done in detail. Worked until job completed. Before leaving our home cleaned up all debris, left work area clean and then explained all aspects of our new beautiful shower. Thank You Thank You Premier Home Pros. S Hennen Wheeling WV

Jared really is a good person. He helped keep my budget reasonable. The presentation he did was very informative as Jared is good at explaining things and answering any questions that I had.
