I just bought the DVD creator (CPC) + Insurance Service. What a friggin joke! Customer service especially Ibraham Hawari who actually is with Corel is about as dumb as they come. Here is what I have to say and I am going all over the Internet warning people. Maybe they will go out of business and I am reporting them to the BBB.:

The support rep did not understand my questions well.
My case was not answered in a timely fashion.
My questions were not fully answered.
The support rep’s communication skills were pathetic.
The provided solution was ungodly terrible.
Product descriptions on the website misled me. That is for sure. Please people I am a Network Administrator and I have tried to make this application work in Windows 10 and all it does is hangs on the desktop when I try to open it after registering it. You can't even see it in Task Manager to close it down. You have to go to Services if anyone needs to know. I am now on my way to find other places to warn people of this organization and product. BE WARE!

Everything about their product is misleading and deceitful - avoid this shonky outfit

I decided to try iSkysoft Video Editor. I was hesitant, wondering whether to trust the company, but reviews seemed all positive, so I went ahead and tried the trial version of the software. Only later did I realize that iSkysoft is just one of the names associated with the Wondershare brand (why so many names? I suspect their older brands have gotten a bad name, so they need new names), and the software they install behaves like malware, not actually uninstalling everything when the software is un-installed, and leaving hidden background processes running all the time on the system, which can't be easily removed. Then it turns out that the positive review site (stupid me) was the same iSkysoft web site, and of course they only post positive reviews. As a result, I don't trust them.

Keeps giving a conversion failed at end of copying. Can't do anything with it. They took my $20.

Purchased software and additional bundle software offered at reduded price.

Worked in trial mode then would not work when license installed. Slow response from support, weeks being asked to be patient we are fixing problem.

Requested refund including additional software bundle I stupidly purchased that was offered with main software.

As far as I can see they con you to buy additional then when one fails you are stuck with it all.

Don't believe refund BS, do not fall for the scam.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Be very careful of customer service - they only promise response in 48 hours, and the product seems very buggy to me... so you need faster response times! So don't expect immediate results.

Also beware of the bundle deals. It is not entirely obvious what final price you are going to pay - you can figure it out, you just have to be on your toes.

I have been asking for a refund only 1-2 hours after I ordered, and I have not been refunded any money.

Easy to use converter and rapid speed.

I have used this a while to play the wmv files downloaded from BBC iplayer, however the BBC now only offer downloads in MP4 format and iskysoft doesn't now open them. I have therefore wasted my money as I only purchased this program about 5 months ago.
I've tried contacting iskysoft from the options within my "Video Converter Ultimate" program but all their contact methods don't seem to work and haven't worked for over a month. I am very disappointed.

I hate having used time on downloading and installing programs, then to find out that they cost money to use. Put the price on the download link, and not in the bottom of the page where only 5% looks.
