Overall, it has been a pleasant experience living at iQ; however, there have been some issues which have tainted the experience. Upon moving in, the freezer drawers were all broken and unusable, whilst the oven did not work - both issues which took several weeks of chasing and eventually external intervention other me (the resident) to finally resolve. This happened again, when the freezer broke down later on in the year - which took someone else to intervene to get the issue to be taken seriously and quickly resolved.
These have stood out as particular issues which have left me unimpressed with the accommodation; however the facilities, such as gym access and study spaces are a lovely and helpful addition.

I am living in a IQ Little Aspley House. It’s really comfortable and good for students who are all studying in University of Huddersfield. And it is near to the town, bus station everything.

It has nice accommodations and friendly staff with a variety of different rooms of different sizes it’s a safe and friendly environment with access to a film room,social area to study with freinds or colleagues but every high has some lows like fire drills that unfortunately disrupt the day but it’s understandable with fire safety rules but overall it’s good experience for me at uni while studying

Really nice accommodation room for a reasonable price. IQ always has events in and study sessions to help students. They offer free snacks and drinks sometimes in the reception

I really enjoyed my stay here in little-aspley-house Huddersfield.
The staff is very kind and welcoming, they always respond to any queries I have.

I enjoyed living here, it was fun and I love my room. Sometimes repairs take long, and things don’t get fixed, that would be the only limitation I personally faced.

The staff are amazing and accommodating. I will definitely recommend.

My experience at iQ Castings has been wonderful! I have really enjoyed this accom the most out of all the ones I’ve lived in. My favourite thing is how quickly maintenance issues are repaired, it is really efficient. Castings has really made me feel at home during my time at university and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for an accom.

I’ve spent the last 2 years there and it’s honestly a really good accommodation in Huddersfield. I’ve really enjoyed my time there, the staff are lovely and the events they put on are really fun.

Second year here and it’s great, highly recommend.

Great experience, my third year in the same accommodation at Aspley Hall and I’ve had a brilliant time. Great staff and place to stay! Couldn’t recommend this place enough!!
