Great quality products, delivered to the schedule promised. The staff in store were always helpful and never pushy.
They were very clear on lead times for the products, our expectations were met.

We brought the 3 seater and cuddle chair from the sully range in charcoal grey . Taff the store manager went above and beyond to help us . The furniture arrived yesterday sooner than the timeframe which we were so happy about . The delivery service was also great . Would highly recommend this company . They are very professional and all for a great price . Thank you

Brought an amazing leather italian sofa from here a couple weeks ago and couldn’t recommend more. The recliner works perfectly and it is one of the comfiest sofas i’ve ever tried! The quality of the leather is impeccable and the service was amazing. The sales manager Taf was extremely helpful and I recommend anyone to support this lovely family run buisness!

Terrible company to deal with. Very poor customer service, product wasn't delivered after a month from ordering. False promises made that never materialised. Avoid!!

I bought a sofa and a mattress from the interior envy Sheffield branch. The best purchases I could have made for my new house. Needed to keep my sofa in storage as my property wasn’t ready and this was no trouble at all (whilst I appreciate this was annoying for the branch, it was no issue for them and reassured this with me)
Such friendly staff- Personable, chatty and really helpful when making the right purchase.
Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone!!!! Thankyou so much again :)

I placed an order with Interior Envy for a table.
From the outset, communication was difficult. I dealt with an extremely rude, aggressive man who shouted at me. My order was significantly delayed and only progressed after I repeatedly chased it. I was later informed that the item had not initially been ordered as expected, and delivery was also mishandled and delivered to the wrong address then taken away.
When the table eventually arrived, it was in a damaged condition and not of an acceptable standard. Unfortunately, it did not arrive in time for the event for which it had been purchased, which was very upsetting.
Although I ultimately received a refund, the overall experience caused considerable inconvenience and stress.
As a result of the handling of this matter, I issued a county court claim. Judgment was entered in my favour. During enforcement, there was confusion on my part regarding the correct legal entity. I am now taking advice and whether to pursue the matter against the appropriate company.
This review reflects my personal experience and the factual position as I understand it.

I recently purchased two leather reclining chairs on 30/01/26, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the customer service was excellent.
My order was delivered exactly as promised, and I received it right on the stated date, which I really appreciated. The chairs arrived in great condition. They’re comfortable, stylish, and feel like great quality.
I also want to say a big thank you for the amazing discount that was offered, and I’m genuinely pleased with the value I received.
Overall, a smooth and satisfying purchase; highly recommended!

Ordered a nest of tables on 16th Jan. As of today I have raised a card dispute with my bank as the goods are yet to be received. I have tried contacting via the email address on receipt, got no reply. The message service on the website and got no reply, so tried Facebook messanger and got an automated reply until I stated they aren't returning my messages. They then contacted me and explained they had staff off sick. So I asked when I would be receiving my goods and agreed a date at which it was suggested that I then re chased them a few days before delivery was due to check it had been dispatched. This is poor customer service. I wouldn't recommend them at all as I don't trust I would even receive my goods so have then tried to contact to just get a refund and surprise I can't get thru on Facebook or via calls

Not only was their customer service exceptionally poor, they are now trying to prove that my original review was not legitimate six months after leaving it! Heed the warnings - don't go near.
I called them twice, and twice the person who answered the phone shouted at me saying they were too busy. I never got as far as making an order after being treated so badly.
Their response to my review is libellous lies. The fact that they can casually comment on something with such venom tells you a lot about them.

I bought two leather reclining arm chairs, ( or thought I had) via Interior Envy web site October 2025.
supposed to take a maximum 4 to 5 weeks so thoroughly expected them to arrive before Christmas, started writing emails and phoning the company on the 11th asking when I was to receive the order, I would be told "give me a couple of days to check and I will get back to you" or "I will call you next Monday" Mostly they did not do so. from the 11th of December to the 16th January after Four emails and twelve phone calls they still could not or would not give me a date, I cancelled the order by email on the 16th Jan they called me on the 17th Jan only to tell me that they were having trouble to get the colour I had ordered would I like to change the colour! NO THANKYOU, anyway a refund was agreed, but having now sent two emails asking why not I still haven't had a refund.
Bottom line is if you can possibly avoid purchasing anything from this Co I suggest you do, They will take your money but you may not get the goods,

Been caught out ! Paid for a mirror , no delivery of goods . Numerous phone calls . Do not buy from this company !!!!

Literally the worst customer service. Incredibly rude on phone; incorrect shipping times on website, no indication as to when item will be shipped and no explanation as to why it’s late.
We purchased two reclining leather sofas, which arrived within the timescale we were given. Very pleased with the quality of the sofas. The service has been great, friendly and helpful with a follow up call the day after delivery to check everything was ok.Delivery was arranged immediately and expertly installed.

I ordered my chair on the 5th of November where I was made aware is eight weeks delivery. Given the Christmas and New Year holidays delivery date was correct.
I spoke to a gentleman on the phone who kept me updated on the progress of my order. The chair was delivered by FedEx on the 14th January 2026. The courier was very polite and courteous and apologetic for being a day late. I would have no hesitation in recommending interior envy. The quality of the chair is first class.
