I wanted to order some leather armchairs to match my leather sofa so I contacted Jay at Interior Envy to ask if he could send me some colour samples. Jay replied immediately and I received the leather samples in the post within a couple of days.
I am absolutely delighted with the customer service and excellent communication from Interior Envy and would highly recommend that if you are unsure about anything, just give them a call or drop them an email and you'll find that they are really helpful.

4 weeks since I placed my order for a TV stand (walnut, £270).. no information as to when I might expect it. I sent an email asking for info after 3 weeks, and another now at 4. Radio silence from the company.
I received my order today from interior envy and am loving it. I got a mattress and ottoman divan bed frame from them. Am happy the dimension fit in my room and the quality was topnotch , the colour was a little darker. But overall great purchase.

I recently bought a 3seater ALBANY FABRIC SOFA from this brand. It was delivered in less than 4weeks. The quality of the fabric was stunning and the communication was smooth from my point of order till I got it delivered. The van guy too was so friendly. I will recommend.

I contacted Taf of Interior Envy, with a difficult problem owing to an intermediary platform mis-selling his goods on his behalf. The long and short of it was that he was able to sort out the issue in a very professional manner. My furniture arrived in a short space of time, so I couldn't be more happier and would have no hesitation to recommend his company.

I ordered a Rise and Recline chair for my Dad. Taf in the sales department was excellent, dealing with all our questions and keeping us up to date on the order. Steve who was also excellent delivered the chair yesterday and provided a great installation service. My Dad is extremely pleased with the chair. I ordered a coffee table for £589 on 1 November 2025. On 10 November 2025, I emailed sales and asked if there was any issue with the coffee table as I had not received any delivery date. On 19 November 2025 I emailed sales again at Interior Envy noting I received no acknowledgment of my order in accordance with clause 1.1 of their terms and conditions despite taking payment from me two weeks before. I advised I no longer wished to place my order and to request a refund. They called me on 20 November 2025 claiming they would call back next week with a delivery date but they lied and I stupidly fell for it. I emailed again on 29 November and requested a refund. No reply. It is now 2 April 2026 some 5 months later and no coffee table, no refund and no communication from the store whatsoever. I have been ripped off and £589 is not a small amount of money to lose. Please note I have kept a photo of the estimated delivery date that I relied on when I ordered the item. Stating something is estimated as 7 to 21 days on your website is very misleading when 5 months later you have still not delivered it! I would not have placed my order with you if your website had been honest about delivery. I also have kept the emails I sent to your sales team although you never replied to me by email. You just called and lied to me. I guess you don't want to put a lie in writing. Paying £589 and receiving nothing in return is not even remotely funny. It is a lot of money and to not communicate with me for this length of time is a pretty callous attitude towards customers. They posted a response on another review (6 Feb 2026) stating they don't ingore customers or requests for refunds. Another lie. They have ignored my emails and my two refund requests! And in case you are wondering my emails were polite requests for a refund and I have not shouted at anyone at the store!
I recently purchased a Darwin 3seater from this store online. Taf was indeed very polite and helpful while I was awaiting my order. I received it today. And I have to say the quality is top notch , delivery was fast. Thanks Interiorenvy

I recently purchased a 3-seater sofa from Interior Envy and had a really positive experience overall. The ordering process was simple, the website was easy to use with clear images and descriptions, and delivery arrived within the expected timeframe with good communication throughout.
The sofa looks great in my living room and feels well-made, with comfortable fabric and supportive cushions that work well for both relaxing and entertaining. It offers great value for money, and while more customization options would be nice, I’m very satisfied with my purchase and would happily recommend Interior Envy.

Decent website with good pictures of the recliner chairs I was looking for. I ordered 2 Dallas Leather Recliners and was very pleased when they came, as they were exactly the same colour of the pictures on line which can be a problem when ordering furniture on line.
The recliners are excellent quality in every area, good leather, even colour, very good stitching and very supportive. The recliner action is very smooth and not much pressure is required to push back once reclined.
Great service from the staff at Interiorenvy, and the delivery company was on time and very helpful with the part assembly of the recliners

We ordered a piece of oak furniture online which when it arrived wasn't the shade of oak we expected so we contacted the store and arranged to return it to the store. At the store we were shown the different shades of oak and Taf organised an exchange for us. He was very helpful - good customer service. We have now received the new item from their warehouse which we are pleased with, good solid piece of furniture, very well packaged.

I ordered a simple blanket box from Interior Envy and the delivery was delayed. I then tried to cancel the order having phoned their office was told someone would contact me. This never happened but thankfully the box was delivered.
Upon opening it was clear the box was badly broken but given my previous customer experience felt sure I would have a problem getting a full refund.
Sure enough after two e mails (including images etc) over a week ago I have received no response.
I appreciate this could have been a delivery issue but what is clear they have little or no customer service.
As I have not received a response my next option is to contact my Credit Card company, but given my experience I would advise against ordering from this company.
I will continue to update this review
