Beautiful hotel. Very attentive staff. Great restaurant. Convenient in the south side of the city close to all the embassies.

Fantastic stay at the InterContinental Dublin. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. The breakfast was one of the nicest I’ve had in a hotel which was made even better by an amazing host.

There was a slight delay in getting my luggage delivered to the room and a small hiccup at checkout, but both were minor and didn’t take away from what was otherwise a very enjoyable stay. Overall, the service, comfort, and atmosphere were excellent. I can’t wait to stay again and would happily recommend this hotel to others.

Stopped for lunch--5 of us--to say it was a rip off would be an understatement! We had 2 burgers with chips, 1 cod , 1 Dubliner sandwich with chips, 1 lobster sandwich, 3 coffees , 1 pellagrino, 1 coke--total €240 which included a tip( assumed we were going to include one) . Coffees were lukewarm, the sandwiches were devoid of anything such as a leaf of lettuce nor a slice of tomatoe. Overall terrible value for money. The food was certainly not memorable and the service was confused.

An Excellent hotel to stay in with very professional staff, and great rooms. Close enough to the city as well.

Great Hotel in the City with good Service and nice Rooms - always recommend when visiting Dublin

World class hotel that ticks all the boxes. Professional service from people who know how to run a hotel. Very impressed. Almost faultless. Upgraded to a junior suite for five days. We stayed in March but the Air Con/Heating worked perfectly. And independently from other rooms. A/C not switched off until the summer like many British/Irish hotels. Could have had bigger TVs but everything else was fine. Internet speeds in the room constantly between 900 Mbps and near 1Gbps download, 650Mbps upload. Room service menu extensive and every dish we tried was excellent except one. The Dubliner was disappointing and not much more than a couple of toasted sandwiches on top of each other. Expected more. Plenty of free bottled water, and I mean plenty. Couple of smaller bottles and four x 1.5L bottles when we arrived. Good car park with resident Leprechauns living there. Hotel is located in the Ballsbridge area of town, where most embassies are plus some stadiums and events hosting venues. About two or three miles from the town centre.
