We relocated from South Wales to the Midlands and are so glad we chose Intercity Removals. Although they weren’t the cheapest quote we received, we chose them because of how responsive and professional they were throughout our virtual tour and communications afterwards. They delivered a 5* service before moving day, all the way through packing, moving us and reassembling furniture. Anna, in the office, was brilliant. The packing and moving teams were super friendly and hard working. They had smiles on their faces and made us feel confident and at ease. They also took great care of the carpets in our new home, ensuring they were fully protected throughout. We will recommend them to everyone.

Many thanks to the removal team who did such a brilliant job for me last week - packing up and loading all my belongings and moving me 3.5 hours away. We move from Wales to the east coast during the February storms. The crews at both ends were superb in getting the job done quickly: both the load and unload were done well within the expected times and I was very impressed with the tidy way they worked. They were also very friendly! We moves over 130 boxes and had an 18-tonne lorry packed to the gunwales. Everything arrived in perfect condition.

This is the fifth time I have used this firm for both domestic and commercial moves. They are absolutely excellent in every possible way: they arrive on time, work very hard, handle every item with care, unload carefully and are superb value for money.

We recently used Intercity Removals for our house move and I would definitely recommend them.
The virtual survey was easy (a FaceTime call to show them around the property) and it put my mind at ease knowing they had physically seen all items, so the quote was accurate; Anna was brilliant with email communication in between booking them and the day of the move, particularly as we had to change our completion date after booking; and on the day the team were excellent.
They arrived on time, were friendly and professional all day and all items were delivered safely and placed in the areas we asked them to be.
The service was also competitively priced as we had quotes from several other removals companies before deciding to go with Intercity Removals. Thank you!

I would highly recommend Intercity Removals. They did a brilliant job with the packing and safe delivery of my belongings. The staff Inot and Luke were very helpful, well mannered and respectful. This is the second time I have used Intercity and the reason I went back to them because they were brilliant from start to finish.

We couldn't have felt in safer hands. The Customer service during the preparation phone calls and Syprian and his Team on the day were excellent. There was careful consideration and planning in regards to the size and number of vehicles required for the job, and where the removals vehicles were to be parked for the load and unloading. Even after a long day the Team continued to be upbeat and thorough. I would definitely recommend intercity removals in the future.
