I had a visit from Chris about two weeks before moving date. I needed to move the contents of a 3 bedroom semi from Plymouth to Wales. I accepted the quote which was comparable with another company and when completion date was confirmed, I paid about 30% deposit. Chris phoned the day before the move to say they may load the evening before due to the distance to be travelled. However, no call to confirm timings and on the day of the move, a van arrived at 6.30am. The van was half the size needed to move all of our belongings and we had to leave half of our belongings on the driveway, with our son left with them until the new owners arrived to explain why we hadn't been able to clear them. After a fraught afternoon of phonecclls to Chris, our remaining belongings had to be put into the hire van of our buyer for overnight safety until they were picked up the next day. They were collected on Saturday and delivered to Wales on Sunday. The positives are that I was not charged any extra for the 2nd delivery, but on checking our belongings there were a couple of broken photo frames (the actual frames, not the glass) and a few smaller items broken. A Dyson fan was left on the van and despite several promises that it would posted to us, a week later it is still in Plymouth and alternative plans for its return have now been made. A very disappointing experience.

Excellent service at a reasonable price

I needed my house moved on short notice after the movers from a national moving site never showed up on the day of my move. Two Man Removals came to the rescue and 3 days later moved my house. The quote was solid and they showed up on time and finished the move with time to spare. The guys were friendly, hard working and did a great job. I can 100% recommend them. They didn’t hire the job out to some unknown team - this guys are the real deal!

Easy booking process and the team were really efficient getting everything in the van and then unloading at the other end.

Really helpful and worked hard - Steve ensured it was done efficiently and that our items were kept safe in transit. He even brought my plant pots over, which were tricky to move.

This was all delivered professionally and at the original quoted time and very fair price, for what seemed to us a mammoth task.
Chris and his team, were highly motivated all smiles, polite and extremely eager to help.
The whole team worked really hard, with the huge amount of boxes and furniture we had.
They even helped out move and load the vans for the person house that we were moving into, to speed things up.
