Liked the price. Disliked the summary of coverage which did not properly spell out the exclusions - especially the one which said airline failure not covered. Phoned the recommended AXA agent to clarify and gave up even more confused. If I had more time I would shop around and look for a clearer contract

Never heard of this company before found them on a Go Compare website. Filled form in online. Questions were clear,concise and relatively straightforward to answer. Price quoted I thought was exceptional compared to other companies that quoted me for the same cover. I requested a hard copy of policy details to be sent me and that arrived promptly via royal mail. Overall very pleased.
