Do not use this company!
This company took off a payment for the following years policy before this years policy had ended even though I did not confirm if I was renewing or not which I wasn’t as I was no longer travelling out with Europe. Also I had not been informed if new policy cost which was £54.17 more than last years which I would not have accepted. I’m extremely concerned by this company’s policy of taking money from people without their approval and before their current policy runs out!
I was then told it would take 3-5 working days to refund the money they’d taken without my approval. 🤬

I’ve checked our system and can confirm that your policy was successfully cancelled on 17/04/2026, and the refund has been issued. Please allow 3–5 working days for the funds to appear back in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
Regarding the increase in premium, prices can change each year as underwriting criteria and rates are updated. These adjustments are set by our underwriters and can affect the cost of renewal, even when no changes have been made to the policy.

Since the 1st of April I've been fobbed off after they received payment. Nearly a month, no proof of insurance, no documents. 3 emails in and they're saying"too busy" contacting my bank on a fraudulent experience. PLEASE chose another insurance group.
