O cannot open my travel documents they want date of birth but when I put it in does not open the documents

The reason for 3 stars is, when I contacted their advisor regarding if I needed to record a medicine that I had previously been proscribed but was no longer proscribed, I was told that they couldn’t advise me on what to declare. So, would a future claim be refused on the basis that I hadn’t declared it, even though I was no longer proscribed it? They couldn’t tell me. What is the point of having advisors who can’t give critical advice? I decided to declare the old medicine just in case.
