It took me 4 separate phone calls to be…
It took me 4 separate phone calls to be able to renew my policy. When you call the renewal line you are transferred to the commercial motor and not the private motor as the system has not been upgraded (I was advised this by the broker). When I finally managed to renew my policy the person on the phone was very polite. My experience overall could and should have been much better
