Regretting the purchase from Insaraf furniture. We have placed an King Size Bed order on 10th April of Rs.63K and delivery date was on 10th May however it was never delivered then nor anyone from the company contacted us such unprofessionalism.
After several follow up calls from our end they kept giving date after date still now no confirmation on delivery.
Now we don't know if we will even receive our money back. Please check reviews before you order from Insaraf furniture.

I had purchased a so called sheesam wood dinning table, which was of worst Quality. The chairs satrted breaking in a six months time, when checked the joints are not proper and filled with external material like wood powder mixed with fevical may be, Even the wood was not seasoned, started bending. The top of dinning table is like curve.
Pricing wise the quality is very very low grade. better to get the furniture fabricate from local carpenter, he will aslo do better than Insaraf.

Saraf Team,
I am appalled by the inefficiency and lack of accountability displayed by your team throughout this entire process. The experience I have had with Saraf has been nothing short of frustrating, unprofessional, and outright unacceptable.
On February 4, 2025, at 6:08 PM, I received a call from Anand Sharma (who initially introduced himself as Suraj and later as Ashutosh) from 9653858022. He insisted that I place an order by EOD to avail of an ongoing offer. Since I was particular about customization on fabric, he explicitly assured me that the customization would be done as per my requirements. Based on this commitment, I proceeded with the order.
Fast forward to March 7, 2025—over a month later, and I am now being informed that customization is not possible. The reasons provided are nothing but excuses, citing the Holi festival, lack of fabric stock, and vendor delays. This is an outright breach of trust and a complete failure in fulfilling your commitment.
This level of service is unacceptable. Your team’s handling of this order reflects fraudulent and deceptive practices, where customers are misled into making bookings, only to be met with delays, broken promises, and a complete lack of accountability post-payment.
I demand the following, effective immediately:
A formal apology email acknowledging the miscommitments and the inconvenience caused.
A full refund of my booking amount without any further delays.
Failure to address this matter will leave me with no choice but to escalate publicly through all possible consumer forums and social platforms, ensuring others are aware of the kind of experience your company provides. It is deeply concerning that Mr. Raghunandan Saraf, the CEO, continues to allow such substandard service and mismanagement, further tarnishing the company’s reputation.
I expect a resolution immediately. Do not test my patience further.
Worst experience, highly unprofessionalism
Nothing is good about this company. I purchased a king size bed from this company and received damaged. Despite repeated follow ups there is no resolution. I did multiple emails and calls, their customer executives are very rude. There were no quality checks. They send damaged furniture. There was neither a replacement nor a repair. They will just keep giving false assurances until you get fed up and give up. There is no escalation matrix. Don't fall for their trap please. they are highly unprofessional company

Despite repeated follow ups there is no resolution..Management is least bothered about customer service .. there are no quality checks.. They send damaged furniture.. Termite infested wood that is NOT sheesham
We ordered two Sheesham wood wardrobes and a chest of drawer. All three furnitures,
- arrived badly damaged with multiple cracks.
- wood was termite infested and powdery stuff was coming out of the infested holes in wardrobes
- the back and under panel of all three furnitures was made of metal sheet and not wood.
Saraf furniture offered to repair the furniture. We paid for new furniture and not termite-infested damaged furniture that was not even fully made of wood!
I found a whole community consumers cheated by Saraf Furnitures on Facebook.

Endless Delays: Timely delivery is a foreign concept to them. Expect products to arrive months late, even after countless follow-ups—if they ever arrive at all.
Abysmal Customer Service: Their so-called customer care is a joke. If you're "lucky" enough to receive anything, it will likely be damaged or completely different from what you ordered.
Inferior Product Quality: Just wait a few days—no need for weeks—and your product will likely break or become utterly useless due to their pathetic construction.
Misleading Communication: Their customer service reps are masters of deception, spinning tales that lead nowhere while offering no genuine solutions.
In summary, steer clear of this company at all costs. Don’t be fooled by their empty promises or the shiny appearance of their showroom; they are fundamentally dishonest and nothing more than a pack of frauds.
Note: I placed an order with Saraf after being misled by a TV documentary that painted them in a positive light, thinking I was supporting a worthy cause. It turned out to be nothing but bait for gullible customers like myself.
They might respond to this comment with some generic template, but don’t be deceived—that’s merely for show. Their understanding of customer commitment is non-existent, and those responses are just smoke and mirrors designed to mislead anyone reading reviews into believing there's actual support available. In reality, there is none; they do nothing to resolve issues.
Attached are screenshots of the futile email exchanges with their so-called customer care (which is utterly indifferent). They arbitrarily shift delivery dates as it suits them. Once you place an order, forget about getting a refund—no matter how long the delays stretch on. After waiting over a month past the promised delivery date, I had to dispute the charge with my bank just to get my money back. These people are the epitome of frauds and crooks. Better to stay far away from them.

The inordinate delay kills the happiness of new furniture, you can't be arrogant by saying we give quality, customers have to wait for atleast 100 reminders and 5 to 6 failed promises to get to the delivery.

We bought a dinning table from them which has a lifetime guarantee. Turns out both tables and chairs got infested within approx 2 months of purchase.
From then to now, its almost 6 months of us following up with receiving a standard reply ‘ of getting back ASAP’. This is really frustrating and a pathetic customer experience.
I would rate them in negative had there been an option.

I am totally disappointed with the pathetic irresponsible behavior from Saraf furniture team. I have been waiting for my order since 17th September and no one has the responsibility of informing me about the delay every time I have to call again and again.
It was promised that my order will be dispatched on 3rd Oct anyhow , then it changed to 12 october now you people are telling 15 october.
Now today as discussed with customer care no Mr. Arun Kumar Said due to technical difficulty item will be dispatched after 22 October.
We don't require the product anymore you people are totally fraud.

On the 10th Oct 2023, I purchased a solid wood jodhpur sofa set. Regrettably, I soon discovered a termite problem with the wood as well as unfinished product . Despite reaching out to both the customer care and support team, from last 5 months no resolution being provided. Every time the team says the technical team will visit on Monday but not sure which Monday they are referring too. Also one of the support team suggest me that you have to adjust what ever you purchase.
Not sure what I need to say.. I have requested the customer care team to ass on this issue to senior management, but they are saying they don't have permission to do the same.

You can only reach the customer care, who at every opportunity revise the delivery time lines upwards...
I am pretty sure that the company can be considered a fraud only on the basis of the way they treat their customers ( I have read about similar issues faced by other customers) no matter the quality of the product..
I have lodged a complaint in the consumer court and plan to take legal action.
The company is a good lesson on how one will be lured to online frauds in the future by big market players through attractive adds and product phographs on the website.

I was initially overwhelmed by the range of options, but staff member expertise and patience made all the difference. She took the time to understand my preferences and offered valuable advice on which fabrics would be best suited for my needs and the aesthetics of my home office. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she even showed me how different fabrics would look in various lighting, which was incredibly helpful
The chair itself is fantastic—ergonomically designed with ample support, adjustable height, and a smooth swivel mechanism. It’s incredibly comfortable for long hours of work and looks great in my home office. The quality of the materials is top-notch.

I had already paid an advance of 40,000 rupees. After months of waiting and endless excuses, I decided to cancel the order. Now, three months later, they have the audacity to harass me for the remaining 1,20,000 rupees.
