Pathetic after sales service. Not original sesame wood. Lots of cracks and assembly issues. Since last 6 months no one is solving the issue.

Beware don't buy from this cheaters.

I ordered side table, mudha, and tray table. Recieved all the three products on time and bery happy with the service and quality. all The 3 table looks amazing.

I ordered 3 things. A Center table, key holder and side tables. And me and my husband were quite happy with the sesame wood quality and also the service. A must go to place if anyone needs furniture.

Insaraf furniture is a big fraud, I have ordered rocking chair from them, there was gross problem with assembly, so I called Mr. Agrawal ( insaraf worker) I have been told to assemble it somehow n then will see and after that he stopped picking up the calls. Inspite of making 100 of calls they are not ready to replace or refund.. they just telling me to get it repaired.. really regret why I ordered that chair from them.. 100% cheaters.. kindly don't order anything from insaraf.

We bought Kuber bed and New capital Dining set and are extremely happy with the purchase.

Received broken bed, With lots of cracks on the wood. Also the bolts were not properly fitted. I asked the delivery person to take it back as i don't want to keep this broken peice at my home.
Delivery person requested to raise complain with insaraf furniture and left the bed at my home. It's somehow fitted.

I request them to refund the amount and take your bed. Almost 50 email exchange but they are not listening. There is zero percent quality. Its 45 days but they have not taken the product back and carpenter is ready to fill all cracks and company is telling its repairable. That the quality be careful they are cheaters. Always go physical check and buy from your local dealer. Insaraf BIG NOOO

We had a very bad experience with Saraf. We were deeply disappointed by their service as the Kitchen cabinet we ordered was not congruent to the one showed on the Website: not the same shape and color not in adequacy to their chart. Furthermore, it was broken. They said they will send a carpenter but it has been two months now and they don't answer anymore. It is expensive and it's not worth it at all.

Extremely poor service and product quality.
Once order is place and paid for, you will keep on calling and calling and calling and won;t get any update. No one has a clue of when and how your order will reach you. There are 2 senior people who do not talk to customers - Manoj & Mukesh after repeated calls managed to speak to them but LOL !!! They too lie

More than 10 days from order - i can't cancel, i don;t know where's my order, No one talks or updates. If you like this, go for it. otherwise stay away from INSARAF.COM. - I Think it's a cheat co. i am still trying my luck.

Bought a trunk box broken and they have applied white cement to seal it. While sending a mail regarding this and sending attachment pictures. I have now been blocked and I'm unable to send them email anymore. Sad state of insaraf!
