I am a 30 year old male, and after 10+ years of killing myself in the gym and dieting, i decided to visit Dr Johnson. There were two area on my body that i could not get rid of and that was my chest and love handles. After the procedure i was in shock of how awesome my results were. My chest was flat and looked like it should, my love handle were completely gone. The only down fall was i was swollen a lot long that i had hope . So if you wear suits or dress clothes to work like i do. Take extra time off so the swelling will go down. ICE will be your best friend!!! Dr Johnson and his staff the best to work with!!!

My experience was wonderful! I love my results. I highly recommend.

The procedure itself was great, really like the results. However the woman whom I had the consultation with was not very friendly. I had questions after the consultation and it took several emails to her before she responded and then it was short answers. All she could answer was the price itself, specific questions I had to ask the doctor. I told her areas I wanted and she wrote up a price.
Once I saw the d, after I had to commit and pay a non refundable fee of $100 he answered all my questions and we discussed all the procedures and areas I wanted. Never did he mention that the areas we discussed were not on the plan.
Day of my procedure as he is marking me, he asks if I want my face cause he can include with my neck, first I had heard of this. And it threw me as he stated I could lose feeling in my face, he rushed me to a decision of no. Next I had my before photos taken and then I realized he didn't draw one of the areas I wanted and we had discussed. Now they told me it was too late to add an area especially since they had already given me pain killers. Apparently they thought I was not coherent. And the area I wanted was not part of areas I was getting.
I wrote email after to Meredith, lady at my consultation and she said she couldn't do anything I had to discuss with dr. Even tho I specifically told her areas I wanted and she wrote down areas so I thought.
Every time I see dr he is rushing and not very welcoming . I feel like a number and he is not friendly
Although as mentioned I love the results I would not recommend this office to anyone.

Dr. Bill Johnson and his team are a caring group of health care providers. My stem cells really fixed my ability to walk without pain within 3 months.
I have such faith in the procedure that my husband is having deployment in his hip at my encouragement. There is no down time except for the few hours at the clinic. It has been 2 years since I had the deployment and I wouldn't hesitate to do it again!

Dr. Johnson talked with me the morning of my procedure & well informed me before going in. After my procedure it was difficult to talk to anyone there that could give me answers to my questions. This was the only negative experience that I had with Innovations. I feel as though the receptionist should have been able to connect me to someone to answer my concerns.

This facility is always easy to work with. Getting an appointment is quick and easy. And you work with the doctor - not a general staff member. I'm

First time getting botox, was a little apprehensive, but staff and Dr. were great. I am diffidently going back!

Thermage does hurt and it was portrayed otherwise. On the local morning show it's mentioned some people take a nap. No way that would happen. I was surprised at the amount of pills I was given plus it still hurt. But the biggest disappointment was no one wanted to take after pictures. I called about it yet no one seemed to want to arrange it. I really wanted to see the difference and depended on those photos. Not for sure I would go back to this facility.

I thzink I should have had more medicine for pain during the Lipo. He removed a lot of fat, I was looking for better results. Honestly I did not go to my last appointment because I could see he did not think I was going to make the results we talked about.

I ran into a few issues with the director at Innovations and felt that he was not very friendly but the staff who do the actual procedures are very knowledgeble and friendly. I loved their results with thermage. Unfortunately I don't go there any more because of the pain associated with the procedure. Even after all the pain medication they give you, the pain is unbearable. But the results are amazing. I have now switched to ultherapy and love the product since pain can be controlled easily with prescription pain medicine.

Very Informative for consultation and pre-op.
Felt for the price spent, not enough of procedure was done.
I did have success in procedure but the area that was performed on could have been more successful.
No follow up requested nor did I ever get any follow up call or asked to come back in for evaluation. Honest opinion is once the Money was paid in full and procedure was scheduled. pushed through procedure and then that was it.
