The company investigated my complaint about a faulty cartridge, and agreed to replace it, but the process to actually send me a replacement one in the post hasbeen slow and after a couple of weeks still hasnt been received yet. Considering the fact that when ordering items via the app they arrive quickly in 3/4 days but my FOC replacement is not so good. I will continue to wait
