Extremely helpful, friendly, inexpensive, Superheroes!!!

Fantastic service again from IMend - upgrading of IMac to a newer model including data transfer - I can't recommend them enough.

I can’t fault iMend in Upper Beeding. Josh was so helpful and fixed my phone problem within 5 minutes. I would thoroughly recommend their services.

My iPhone had just 'died' and would not charge. The lovely people at iMend Upper Beeding sorted a new charging point within 24 hours. they even helped me out when one of my apps was being difficult. Really helpful and friendly service. Thanks.

I've just pulled my old iPhone SE out of the desk drawer. The battery was replaced by iMend and subsequently the phone swelled up and basically bricked. Pulling it apart now I see the replacement battery is not original Apple. I certainly wouldn't use them again.

My previous review was a one * but I am now updating
this. Hazel read this and asked me to bring in the laptop again. Did so, and she spent some time solving
the problem. Which is now OK. So new review has
been changed to a 5 *****. Really good service

Had a glitch on my I pad and again Technician at I mend phones fixed it with no charge.This company is so helpful and obliging, thoroughly recommend them.

I have taken my phone to I mend phones on numerous occasions they have fixed my Home Screen button / new battery / help clean up my apps / fixed my volume control . Great service and friendly

I shall be ever grateful to iMend for saving my ageing, terminally ill iMac from the re-cycle bin. It returned from the iMend operating theater having undergone major surgery – a heart transplant no less - refreshed and renewed!

(I’m always dubious about one star reviews…(a couple below) They verge on a personal grudge and probably say more about the reviewer than the reviewed.)

Have used the people a few years ago...wonderful service.
I rang them today with a problem on an old A5 samsung....they spoke to me over the phone for a good 20 minutes offering solutions....after hanging up i tried his suggestions.....and bingo i got it working......i cannot speak highly enough of their service and knowledge.
Would i recommend them ??? Absolutely.

After cloning my old hard drive to a new solid state drive my laptop kept trying to boot up the new drive but failing. I assumed the cloning process had failed and took my laptop and old hard drive to iMend to fix. When I collected it I was told that they'd had to re-clone the new drive and they charged me £49, which seemed reasonable. A week later I inadvertently caused the same boot-up problem. i.e the same sequence of lights and same DVD drive starting sound. I knew it must be something I'd just done and it took me a minute to fix!

I normally go to Imend Upper Beeding for all my phone and Computer needs, but today I was told I would have to wait either today or tomorrow to have a screen protector applied - normally a 5 minute job! When I said we could not leave the phone he offered us express service for an additional £10. I have been there lots of times and this sort of job takes 5 minutes not 2 days! I went into Shoreham High Street found another shop who took less than 5 minutes to replace screen protector and charged £10 he also mentioned original screen was cracked and this would take 30-45 minutes, so he got this business and now my daughters, Plus I won't use Imend again - if we can get better service only 3 miles down the road. - Very disappointed and they only get a 1 star due to previous service, otherwise it would be a minus.

I ordered a new screen for my phone and was told it would take 2 weeks to come in. I paid for the screen and repair upfront which was £350. This was 3 months ago. I still don't have my phone fixed and they keep blaming it on shipping errors. I asked for a refund after 1 month and was refused. I was promised it would arrive soon. Another month went by and I asked for a refund and was refused again. This time I was promised a refund, he even made it look like he did a charge back to my debit card. Then he said there was a bank error. I was told to come into the store for cash and when I did, he said he didn't have it and would issue my refund with his personal account. 2 weeks later, still nothing. Thanks for stealing my money.

I visited the iMend Drumcondra store over the weekend as had a broken phone screen. They were extremely pleasant to deal with, very thorough and efficient I had my phone back within a few hours. Would highly recommend them.
