Use to be great, recently they started tacking on random charges on top of their services. You buy something and they say oh it needs this additional 10,20 or 35 dollars. I stopped using them. Go to ebay and you can get everything for almost same price if not less

Well, I got BL from TMo. I was out of luck! I searched and searched. One guy, Victor, from imei authority wanted $190. Fuxk NO!
Told him it was too much. He asked me was there anything else I needed? Really? Oh ok, BYE!
Found IMEI Gurus. Melvin charged me $140. BOOM! That's better. Got it done right there, made payment, melvin healed my phone, got me a new IMEI, I re-flashed android11 ROM... I'm back in business! Took about an hour. This will wipe your device, so make sure you backup any important info like pictures, call logs and text messages before you proceed. Definitely recommended!

Thought my phone was just a paperweight, called numerous places saying they would have to replace the motherboard and charge some joke of a price, I have some knowledge of phones and know that they were lieing about the phone fix. This must be the worse unlock service out there. The people in the chat are extremely rude and don't know what they are doing. You can probably be lucky enough to have your service run smoothly, but i would definitely try another company instead of this one!

Horrible!!!!! No customer service at all! seems a very small company handled by the owner. There is no way someone is monitoring anything is done there! They cursed, they lectured, they threw dirt on bigger companies and even mentioned they would show up at my business, i couldn't believe what i was hearing, it felt pointless to even continue any type of interaction. Without any exaggeration at all, i am shocked and offended. I have experienced bad service in the past, but this is at another level!!!!

I had a Note 8 repaired and it seemed to work great. I was impressed by the process and the professionalism of these guys. After a week I lost all mobile data and couldn't use the phone for anything but calls and SMS. I reached out to IMEI Gurus and they were unwilling to assist me with the matter. After working with the store I found that the problem was that the IMEI they put on my phone was from an old phone not capable of LTE so AT&T's system was automatically shutting my LTE off. They could restore it but the system would auto remove it every so often. I brought this up with this company but they refused to help me. I was not getting what I paid for and I eventually filed a dispute with PayPal. IMEI Gurus refused to deal with the situation at all. PayPal eventually refunded me the money which is not what I wanted. I wanted a working phone and had already been scammed once by a lowlife selling me a phone and reporting it lost or stolen 4 months after the sale. I reached out to IMEI Gurus today to try and fix the phone I had to get to replace the non-working Note 8 broke and I tried putting my sim in the Note 8 to find that the IMEI was added to the blacklist by IMEI. I even offered my own donor IMEI from a phone that does get LTE but I was called a scam artist and told I am not welcome there. I am also filling a complaint with the BBB, Samsung, and AT&T! The point is that these guys do know their stuff and could really help make people whole after being scammed but you are rolling the dice on if your IMEI will be from 2005 and gets flagged in AT&T's system as unable to even receive signals that your phone clearly can. IMEI Gurus website clearly states "YOUR DEVICE WILL BE ASSIGNED A NEW IMEI NUMBER – THAT IS GUARANTEED TO NEVER BLOCK AGAIN!" but this is not true. I was under the impression that Samsung was issuing new IMEIs or something like that but was educated by IMEI Guru staff that that is impossible. If it is impossible then why does it not state that the IMEI is a donor IMEI and that it may come from a phone that is 5 to 10 years old? I came to IMEI Gurus because I have no idea how any of this works. So you might get really good service or you may get a junk IMEI that doesn't give you anything near a working device.
