I recently interacted with the support team at imeigurusreseller.com, and the experience was highly disappointing. The representative was incredibly rude, using offensive and unprofessional language, Instead of providing constructive assistance, they resorted to insults and hostile behavior.

Additionally, the interaction raised concerns about their integrity as a business. Such behavior is unacceptable for any service provider, especially one handling sensitive matters.

I strongly advise avoiding this service. Their unprofessionalism and lack of customer care reflect poorly on their credibility. If you're looking for reliable and respectful support, search elsewhere.

Beware of SCAM. I paid, and contacted as instructed on live chat. Stoney asked for order id, first flag. Afterwards he told me that the payment has an issue and requested USDT payment, second flag. I sent him the receipt and instantly he canceled the payment. I asked what is the warranty for the refund in case of USDT payment, he said none. Total FRAUD, he didn't even asked for IMEI or check anything.

I purchased a unlocked s22 ultra. Unfortunately it worked on every carrier except mine. After being scammed twice I gave IMEIGurus a last chance to get my phone fixed. I had an issue at the beginning due to me being flagged but its not there fault. Don't have nothing to do with being a thief or them being rude. I don't know how to find out how to fix that issue. But it is what it is. But my roommate purchased the s22 ultra IMEI Repair for me which I gave her the funding, she paid for it. Went to the live chat and did everything they asked her to do. Within 10 mins they told her they were done. have to say very impressed. Phone works on my carrier now. OVERALL best experience ever with Mr Stoney. He assured me they were legit and proved it when they refunded my money back due to me being flagged Very happy HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS GUYS!!!! will be referring people with my same bad or blacklisted issue to these guys.

One of the worst experience I have was today. I felt like a thief spending my own money I try to unlock an S22 and this guy came on in the chat and he said my account was flagged which nobody told me about my previous flag all they told me that they are unable to repair my imei because of the software was at the latest and give me a refund so two unfulfilled came up on my account for my two different times. He lied to me telling me it flag. it was because the software was to high at the time so thats why I get a refund.This Stoney person acting like am thief with my own money. I introduced so many people to this site. RUDE!

It was a little bit difficult getting the timing right as they are in the US and I am in Australia, but I stayed up late one night and got my S20 Ultra demo unit turned into a retail unit and i'm very happy with the service and the experience. Thanks Stoney!

My phone got permanently locked to AT&T network. At&t wouldn't help me they gave me wrong codes to unlock. Mint couldn't do anything BC of this lock. Took it to a phone repair shop who said they use imei gurus, they said they couldn't get it unlocked. So I tried it myself with imei gurus. Stoney was the guy who helped me. He was very fast, helpful, and kind. I can't thank him enough. He was able to unlock it for me. So very excited.
