Great service, fast and friendly.

I would definitely recommend iConvey for conveyancing and customer support services. I initially spoke with Polly, who then introduced me to Fidler & Pepper solicitors. I was kept updated throughout the process and completed earlier than expected. Will definitely be using again.

My experience of iConvey has been positive. The quote I got wasn't the least expensive compared to other online companies, but I decided to use their services due to the lower quote plus a friend had used them previously.

I was dealing with Debbie. The service I received was swift and efficient both by email and phone. I've seen reviews that are more negative about the companies iConvey put them in touch with. I will reserve judgement for now as I'm only a few days into the process.

Georgia Walker was clear and concise. Very happy with the service she provided.

I dealt with Tracey from iConvey. She put me in touch with a law firm to for the sale and purchase of my property. Even when I had questions about somethings the solicitors wanted Tracey answered them so she didn’t just leave me to deal with it myself. Sadly the sale didn’t go through but I’ve been told I get my initial deposit back. All round a nice experience and if I need a solicitor again I will be going through iConvey.

I spoke with Polly from iConvey, who referred me to Swift. I was so happy with the speed of the conveyancing and how I was updated through the process. I would definitely recommend!

Used the iconvey team to handle my purchase. Bit nervous at first as a first time buyer but so pleased I went with them. They sent my case through to Swift in Manchester, again a bit nervous as I'm in Essex but the price difference from my local law firm was massive so decided to take a chance. I have never regretted going with iconvey, Swift were great but the fact that iconvey were there to answer any queries I had was also really helpful to me especially as I had so many questions. I will be back when I next move thanks again.

Have used them twice the 2nd time they pushed me in the direction of PCS Legal worst solicitors I have ever been trapped into using. I won't be using iconvey or an 'internet' solicitor again appalling experience. beware of the money you pay upfront to iconvy they quickly tell you 'don't worry that will come off the bill at the end'. In fact it doesn't I queried it as it hadn't been deducted off my completion statement, to be told by iconvey it has already been taken off on the quote, the written quote does not show that (I had to ask for a written quote at the quote stage) so you pay what the quote says your upfront payment to them is not deducted off the final bill as they lead you to believe. They need to be a little more transparent about that . I could have got a local high street solicitor for what I paid.
Your comments have been edited below since you 1st posted your reply, It matter's not one jot how long the national average transaction takes and how long my transaction took, It was a short chain of 3 people who were all cash buyers NO MORTGAGE INVOLVED. The point is I had to do all the work the were uncontactable, didn't reply to phone calls or emails to me or anyone else in the chain that needed to speak to them, their report on my purchase was poor, I had to push them all the way to get any action, their attitude came across as you are a nuisance even though I was paying them for a service. the completion statement that I had to Chace never arrived until 4 days after completion It was wrong as I expected to the tune of aroung £75, again I had to chase them to pay the refund They are rubbish, stop editing your comments and leave it now for all to read.

Initial contact and referral to the solicitors was quick, friendly and efficient.

Since I am contacting ur company the respond is very quick I am happy with that

Straight forward no nonsense call. The only one of the panel I put my details on that mentioned they were on my mortgage lending panel.

Didn't realise iconvey pass details on to other solicitor which wouldn't have been a problem if the solicitors stuck to the original quote but the delay caused in rectifying the over charging meant I lost out on the property! To add to this I lost out on the deposit iconvey took at the start! Requested a refund but nothing still months later!
