This company is a scam... don't contract with them... they are a network of organized criminals. Tied to Trademark Republic (another scam) to steal your money.

If you want the playbook... refer to the Trademark Republic reviews and experiences of those whose money was stolen. Its unfortunate... but its true. Do yourself a favor and get a real trademark attorney.
Visit USPTO website and read all about the scams and how to identify if you are working (unknowingly) with a criminal organization.

The best part about them is they keep you in loop. It was my first time getting a trademark and they did a great job in educating me about the whole process.
