I have had HWA for 4 years. Whenever I have needed them to get a service person out, it takes FOREVER. If you decide to go with HWA, don't expect a quick turnaround and do expect to be hounded by sales calls 4 months prior to your policy expiring. I recently paid for another year on 2 locations and after my most recent experience, I will be canceling both policies and finding another company. Most recent claim was with a kitchen sink that was not draining and started to affect the dishwasher (not to mention stink!). HWA scheduled someone for almost a MONTH out. I requested an earlier, more expeditious time, and it still was a wait. After seeing the email that I can submit for reimbursement, and speaking with a representative, I scheduled a plumber so we could get the issue resolved quickly (and be able to wash dishes and use the kitchen sink). Now, I don't qualify for reimbursement. Ridiculous and irritating. I'm done with this company.

The rep was kind and not pushy. I shared with her that I was comparing warranty companies in my initial conversation with her. After comparing a few companies, I called the rep back and we agreed on terms.

There was absolutely no communication to get the water heater replaced. Technician requested unit replacement and warranty company recommended replacing parts first. Then, warranty company didn’t approve the ordering of both parts, only one at a time. Meanwhile, a 90 yr couple reminds without an essential household service or having an essential utility for basic sanitation, bathing, cleaning and maintaining safe and sanitary conditions until the replacement of the water heater is approved. Leaving uncertainty as to the length of time it will take to resolve.

The claim submission process is simple, easy and straightforward. And the technician has very professional attitude and expertise . He explain the process in a very detail manner . After the replacement part was purchased and everything was fixed in a very timely manner.

We ha a great service with HWA and the Provider, Beltway Air Comfort Service.

GET BETTER COMPANY WORKING FOR YOU HAD THE COMPANY COME IN TO FIX MY HEAT AN AIR AND THEY TOOK MY BETTER THERMOSTAT FOR A PEACE OF JUNK

RECIEVED EMAIL ABOUT BACK ORDERED EQUIPMENT SAYING aug. 5 WOULD BE DELIVERY BUT THAT IS THE SAME DAY OF EMAIL AND NOW IT SAYS closed CLAIM AND nothing whatsoever HAS BEEN DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!SO STARS FOR YALL
