This company I would definitely recommend as they work above and beyond expectations. I have been with this company and they have never let us down. Whatever help we need this company provides.

First class service. Business rates are ridiculously complicated, but Arpan and his team helped me to firstly understand the system and then they achieved good reductions to our premises' rateable value keeping me updated all the way through the process. Unlike other companies I have used there is always someone at the end of a phone to patiently discuss and explain the process and the current state of play.

Came with thier flashy information folder. Promised the world took our money then submitted a survey and report that did not meet Govenment guidelines basicly a 5 year old could have done better. This was rejected by Gov.uk. They had a timelimit to appeal which again said they would then surprise surprise they ghosted us 10 weeks before the appeal. We now have an additional 10K increase in our rate.

Very professional. HS also communicate fully which is refreshing.

Cold caller. We are TPS registered, so if this was a proper, credible business, they would not be bothering us.

Had my suspicions so I googled the director and the newly appointed director Karlo/ Carlo Hulston and rates now i see why I’m in the situation I am with them please do your due diligence

HS Consultancy Group - a company specialising in challenging Valuation Office Agency rateable values.

Has not delivered what they stated they would do, despite being paid £3000 in fees, which was paid in May, but they did not raise a challenge on our business until November, which was rejected by VOA as was a further challenge by HSCG, as being out of time and incomplete .

POSSIBLE SCAM

HS Consultancy initially got us a rate refund of a few thousand pounds. Part of this refund was used up in paying HS Consultancy and now as a result of their work we have had a visit from the rating office and have received a hefty bill of £20,000 and increased rates going forward. We couldn't get HS Consultancy to speak to us on the phone or to reply to emails, so we posted a bad review on Google. As a result of this they got in contact and supposedly tried to get back on the case and get our rates sorted. Now 2 years later we are back in the same situation where they won't respond to any emails and we have got nowhere! I would avoid using this company at all costs. And before they try and say I am not a client of theirs I am a director of Envoprint Ltd!

Contacted me in regard to looking at our rates. Looked interesting, so invited them in to do the work and liaise with the local council.

Had to pay a couple of grand up front. this has been going on for about two years. I get local government goes slow, but these are far better for non disclosure.

Anyway, after telling me I have very good case, it keeps getting rejected. I have contacted them a couple of time, but I seem to have been ghosted

Repeated nuisance phone calls. We are on the telephone preference service and should receive no cold calls at all. Despite promises to 'take our number off their list' and complaints from the TPS to them they keep calling July, January and February so far.
