Having chosen what I thought was an easy - to - read watch, l later found that a shiny mini-dial confused reading over a ten minate (or two hour) spread.
Your salesman was understanding of this and after looking at other watches, he agreed to give me a refund. He was helpful and courteous on both visits.

We bought wedding rings....
We bought wedding rings from H. Samuel in Stockport. When my fiancé tried his ring on at home he found the size to be too tight so I went back to the store to order the next size up. Vicki and Chris were very helpful and ordered it from another store so that we could collect it in a couple of days rather than waiting 4 weeks for an online order.

Great customer service.
We were greeted warmly at the door and there was hand gel available as we walked in. One of the staff helped us to find what we were looking for in a prompt but not pushy manner. The transaction was settled quickly and safely.
