Natalie was brilliant, talked me through my decision to have additional piercings, she took her time to ensure my choice of studs and marking points were perfect for me and to put me completely at ease. I was delighted that I could have them done without an appointment and that the cost included aftercare solutions. I even received a certificate, sticker and packet of iced gems to boost my energy! 🥳

We also bought a necklace, Alison knew her stuff and gave us just the right amount of information for us to make an informed choice.

Went with my Grandaughter in to have her ears pierced for her birthday, and although almost 21, she was a little nervous. Zoee was absolutely fantastic, so patient /friendly and put her at ease. She was efficient and explained everything to my Grandaughter re looking after the piercing etc. Fantastic experience. Would recommend.Thank you Zoee.

Bought a new watch last week the saff were very knowledgeable and helpful. After a few days I decided I didn't like the leather strap so went back to buy a different kind of strap once again staff were very pleasant and helpful fitted the new strap for me and altered it to fit perfectly. modern shop with old fashioned service and values Thank you 🙏

Absolutely brilliant customer service. All the girls I met were knowledgeable and very friendly. Sadie helped me find a ring I’d been looking at online for a long time and when there was a problem with it the next day they couldn’t have been more helpful sorting the issue out. Thoroughly recommend.

Went to the Scarborough store today to buy a watch. The two young lady assistants were really happy and bubbly, it was a real pleasure to be served by them. Zoe told my husband to bring our two little dogs into the store and she fussed them whilst Lacie expertly sold me the watch. It was a very pleasurable shopping trip. So thank you Lacie and Zoe.

In April I bought my first engagement ring. I went in store to the Scarborough branch where I was greeted by Evie. Evie was very helpful, informative and proffessional, she made me feel at ease with her kind and friendly personality (in a somewhat daunting situation).
Evie came across as genuinely invested in finding me (my partner) her perfect ring. I never felt pressured and everything was taken at my pace.
Today I have had to exchange the ring as I found out I may have made the wrong choice. I was met by Evie again, who was again, very helpful, understanding and pleasant to speak to. I believe It only fair that she is commended highly for her customer service skills. However, I have a saying "you can spend appreciation" with this being said I hope she receives a well deserved payrise to boot, as I'm sure it's not just me that receives this amazing one to one customer service experience 👌🏼 Thank you very much Evie.
