Mischa and his colleague Auriela have been very patient in dealing with a gold chain that has now broken twice in the few months following purchase. They explained carefully that the chain needs to be repaired twice, and if there is a third instance the chain will then be replaced or the cost refunded. At all times, they have been helpful and efficient.

Went into Cambridge branch to replace watch battery on a watch bought at Samuel’s. Assistant unhelpful and directed me to Timpsons the locksmiths as they had more appropriate tools to do the job!!!!!!! Unbelievable!!

Disappointing service after a great experience at the Southend store. Staff member clearly didn't want to help with our recent purchases (as it didn't = commission). Advised us to come back after Xmas to get any help! Luckily the fire alarm went off and we could leave. Absolutely awful service. I'd rather take my custom to another store after that experience

Sales person encouraged me not to just buy what was in store, arranged delivery of the ring I preferred in the right size.
