We have dealt with HPLC for a couple of small tasks we needed doing on our house deeds, so when we came to sell our house and buy a new one, we knew we could rely on Heather and her team. We were selling two properties and buying one property, and they handled all the transactions simultaneously during the Covid era. Charlotte was in charge of our transactions and was swiftly on the ball at every step of the way. Unlike others, HPLC use an electronic portal system which makes it easier to complete documents, upload ID requirements, and communicate through. This proved to be highly advantageous during difficult trading times, as other solicitors in the chain were no where near as efficient with their document handling or communications. They are reasonably priced, polite, patient and very professional. Heads and shoulders above the rest.

HPLC have been fantastic guiding us through the purchase of our first home. Over the 3 months of the purchase we never had any issues with trying to contact them, always answered straight away and no matter who picked up, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Even if Shawnee (who was our conveyencer) wasn't available, the others would always help if they could.
I have to mention Shawnee, she was absolutely fantastic. We had a VERY difficult vendor and Shawnee did absolutely everything within her power to make sure we completed on the day we wanted to (so that we didn't have to sign another 6 month rental contract). She went above and beyond and she got completion through for us in time.

Really great experience with HPLC. First time using a solicitors for the purchase of our first home. Very efficient and easy to contact. Not like other places you hear that you have to constantly chase up, if they are not available when you call then they actually will ring you back! Really pleased, very efficient and very knowledgeable on anything we needed to know.
