Bethan made my experience as a first time buyer extremely stress free, for what is a stressful tax. I was kept up to date via the the app and could see all progress as and when it was moving. This is a great tool and avoided any overwhelming contact. Bethan rushed things through for me at the end so that I could complete, despite her being on annual leave.
