Howdens - Goole Bewertungen 

My builder used a Howdens branch in Bury and they were excellent . Except they told me that I could have a coffee maker as a thankyou for my purchase. My emails were ignored as I enquired twice. ( unless my builder claimed it of course) Small issue but after spending such a lot of money with them a little coffee maker wouldn't have hurt. Had to buy some extra shelves and door knobs and used the Hazel Grove branch, they were excellent! First class customer service, fast polite and friendly. Well done Hazel Grove

We had 2 quotes from Howdens, nothing special, lack lustre design. The last quote was in December 2023 where the “designer” said I will come back with the price for the quartz - never did. The designers at Howdens Warminster are a complete joke , very amateur with no real world experience of designing kitchens or driving a sale. We have since bought elsewhere with better quality and experience.

If I could turn back time, we would never have ordered a kitchen from Howdens. I don’t think I can convey how stressful the process has been.
We were told all the right things so that we bought a Howdens kitchen, then a design they (designer and fitter from Howdens who had both been to the house) deemed perfectly workable to get us to order the kitchen, on the day of installation (having stored the kitchen at our house for over 2 months), it was suddenly unworkable. When literally nothing about our room had changed. Misselling? Absolutely not according to the depot manager at Poulton le Fylde. Yet we’re left feeling like it’s all been a bit of a scam.
The whole experience has been absolutely appalling and I hate being in the house. 5 weeks on, no working kitchen. The response from Howdens? Not our fault, (how is it not, you all changed your tune on the day of installation?!), effectively stop complaining, have a bit of free flooring.
I can only conclude the great customer services scores I read about about on Which reviews must be related to other branches. Sadly they had provided me with a false sense of security. Beware.

We have used Howdens several times. Always a great service, quick delivery, quality products.
If there is any issues, they are dealt with immediately.
You are spoilt for choice with the kitchens available .

I contacted them because I wanted to renovate my kitchen. Rox did an amazing job with the design and was entirely helpful throughout the process. I absolutely love my new kitchen. I would definitely recommend Howdens. 🥳🥳🥳

My first purchase, it went extremely well !

We've just replaced an old Howdens kitchen for a new one, designed by Joanne. A glitch with the pricing/quotation for the worktop meant we had to go with another supplier for that element, but we're really happy with the finished kitchen. All the staff in the Goole depot are really friendly and helpful. We're just waiting for issues with two of the Lamona appliances to be resolved, but that's down to the Howdens service team rather than the Goole depot.

Very friendly welcome from all the team at Goole every time I visit. They usually have what I need or can get it quickly for me. I went to school with one of the guys do there's always time for a quick catch up. Top service and quality of goods every time.

Dealt with Martin for 2 kitchens now. The experience couldn't be better.
Very professional and attentive to our needs. We are so happy with everything. He was in touch with out fitter to make sure everything ran smoothly.

Ignore the bad reviews on here. Some people just like to moan 🙄.

When we came to fit our kitchen it was apparent the design was incorrect. We asked for a housing for two single ovens and whilst we acknowledge the plan showed an oven and microwave we were advised this was for illustration only. Unfortunately it transpired we got the smaller housing and as a result have had to spend an additional £175 to rectify their original mistake. This whole process from start to end has been an overwhelming disappointment

Anthony has just designed our kitchen/utility - he listened to our needs and came up with with some great suggestions which we are going with! Friendly and welcoming- wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him!
